6/26/2024: I purchased an incorrect item and wanted to return and buy another one, but I could only buy, could not return, as the “return function system is down”. No other option other than to come back another day.
Quite a few items are also out of stock (swimwear related items). All-in-all a very unpleasant shopping experience.
… And I have to come back another day to get my money back.

Unbelievable customer service and horrible behavior from Jonathan. I went with my wife to ask for the defective return policy and he was making fun of us cause the shoes were 6 months old and his manager came to tell us please go to another branch. Never recommend this location for anyone

Don’t ever buy a bike here. I bought a bike for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas, and I just tried returning it because it did not fit her properly despite measuring her prior to purchasing. The store manager told me they don’t accept bike returns except 24 hours after purchase. No store associate told me this when I picked up the bike a few weeks before Christmas. My online receipt for the bike does not mention no bike returns allowed. How am I supposed to know it was final sale if I wasn’t told this?How is someone supposed to purchase a bike as a present if you can’t even return it if it doesn’t fit the child properly?

RJ is the bomb.com Where to start, well I normally go to my location in anaheim hills, because online said 2 in stock, so I went down and they didn't have them. The guy at the counter called the one in tustin and he confirmed they had them, well they didn't. So we checked mission viejo and went down, they didn't have them. I called Newport myself and RJ was the man. He put me on hold checked himself and found 1pair. He was able to hold and I went to get them for my daughter. He was also able to price match them for the online dicks price so the value was the cherry on top. His customer service was outstanding and I'm grateful. From driving to anaheim hills, tustin, mission viejo, eastvale then Newport. We got my babies cleats. Thank you to whoever trained and made you. It will go a long way. You should be manager. I attempted to price match a pair of shoes to Kohls, but the employee named either Cody or Cory stated that they don't price match Kohl's because they are considered a "clearance store." I looked up which stores Dick's price matches, and sure enough Kohls was listed as an acceptable store. Waste of my time.

We went to Dick's last night for a pair of walking shoes. The associate who helped us (John) was so amazing. Not only was he juggling at least five customers at the same time, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He brought us multiple pairs of shoes while explaining the pros and cons of each shoe! He is probably the best associate we have ever encountered and we hope management recognizes that he is truly one in a million! John is the reason we will return to the store over and over again. We highly recommend asking for John if you need new shoes! A special thank you to John for a great shopping experience.

Disappointing customer service. I January I purchased online a set of kids golf clubs for in store pick up. One of the clubs in the bag was a sand wedge but was supposed to be a five iron. Spoke to customer service asking for them to send the correct club but was told I have to go into the location to get the club switched for the correct one. It was their mistake. I think they should just send me the correct club in order to not inconvenience me any further. Dick's customer service is in the dark ages.

With 9 yr old Grandson Robert looking for 49er Jersey which they don't carry but Customer Service Agent Chris T. helped us with other equipment. He was very helpful, courteous, friendly and delivered 5 Star Service ! Thank Your Chris !

I went here last week with my husband to find my next pair of running shoes. I am utterly disgusted by the young gentleman that was in the store. He violated me with his dirty looks. He had no respect that my husband was there. I will never step foot here again and will never recommend any of my friends to do it either. We need to be more careful when hiring unprofessional. It’s not good for business.
