I highly recommend this CVS not only for it's helpful staff (Mareika in cosmetics is awesome), but also the selection of products. From Clinique skincare to Tom Ford perfumes, I never realized that CVS offered these lines! I'll be shopping at CVS more often!

If I could give -10 stars, I would. Cannot believe how bad the service is here. Photo center was a joke. Attendants were so rude. I'm flabbergasted this store is still in business.

Ordered photos for a school project. When I got home I realized they were missing one. I called to ask about it. They said I had to order (and pay) again. How hard is it to print a complete photo order? And charging me again for their mistake?

They’re very nice. The guy with the long hair is very helpful and knowledgeable. Got my vaccine also recently and George was very good.

The pharmacy customer service at this location is terrible. I needed a medication consult for a new prescription so I went into this location after checking the CVS website to make sure they offered this service. Upon arrival, there were 3 pharmacists on duty. They told me they couldn't do the consult because their "software was down" and they didn't know when it would be up again. Jenny and her team to tell me to go to Walgreens or another retailer. I told them the website said they offered the service but they just mumbled the system is down. I happen to be in CDM later that day and stopped by another CVS location and the pharmacist said she was happy to do it. She also seemed confused and surprised why East Bluff didn't help me. I decided to complain via the CVS website. If they were blowing me off I can imagine I'm not the only customer being treated this way. My first complaint went unaddressed even though I asked for a call back. It wasn't until my second complaint that Jenny called me. She called me at 7:45AM, 8:08a and 9:43a all in the SAME DAY. I am at work I can't answer. Don't call a customer that early and don't bombard them with 3 calls within the span of 3 hours!! Im guessing she's calling me because it was likely escalated to her boss. The team at this location is rude and unprofessional. Is this how you treat customers? This why this location has such poor reviews. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where I am valued.

The pharmacy staff has been incredibly helpful helping my family with multiple insurance issues...they have spent hours being patient and working with me, insurance companies, and finding the cheapest way to bill me for medications, saving thousands of dollars!

This is for the CVS on Eastbluff. Usually I don't have more problems than average, that means, the service is uneven and the stock is lacking. The pharmacy staff is usually helpful. But last time I was treated like a moron by the cashier and the woman at the prescriptions counter was new and could not figure how to add items to the purchase. Moreover the machine that spits out coupons was out of paper. The manager needs to do better.

A customer service person was so so nice and helpful to get what I needed (a non-US passport photo), despite the busy environment. I didn't catch his name, but I hope this person gets a raise!

If you need something from a CVS, I recommend this store specifically.I needed a passport photo for my 4 year old son and two of the employees at this CVS were so patient and helpful. Loida and Alan were their names, I think and Alan especially went above and beyond what was expected to help my son feel comfortable and successfully take the passport photo.

Clearly, the nicest staff at this pharmacy! I just left "the pharmacy from hell" which included a form of discrimination just because of the medication I have to take. I'm only speaking of the pharmacists at Rite Aid San Miguel. There is only one male (initial "S") that is non judgemental. The entire staff at CVS East Bluff are ALL SO NICE! Sharing stories with friends, many people agreed and left RiteAid. Yesterday, a receptionist at a doctor's office agreed with me when I told her I've switched pharmacies.

Pharmacy technician Gloria was helpful with me. She helped me get my meds to help with pain as I awaited the rest from my PCP to help with my blood transfusion. I was in tears and she was comforting as this whole situation is new to me. Thank you. Everyone is helpful and knows but Gloria went the extra mile
