Oleg (spelling) was my cashier this and previous visit. Both times he was very professional, patient, pleasant, kind and fun to talk to. He also helped me understand some coupons. Your night time manager both visits was also professional and kind. I’m a loyal CVS customer due to your AWEsome coupon Extra Care system. Whomever is in charge of it is a genius! I like how Extra Care offers discounts/coupons based on previous purchases/my favorite items (Ie La Roche Posay, etc). I prefer CVS over your competition due to Extra Care. I use both paper print outs + app. I’ve touted Extra Care to several peeps who weren’t privy to its benefits. Thanks! Leezette Lopatic

I had a bad experience because the worker in the cosmetics area said and I emphasize it that Hispanic women are only going to steal her coupons and that when her work schedule ends she takes her coupons and keeps them locked up because Hispanic women only steal them. They steal, but I understand that the coupons are free and are from the store, she is Hispanic, if she doesn't like serving Hispanics she should look for another job and also she always serves Hispanics reluctantly, but with other people she has a smile from ear to ear, it would be better for him to look for another job where Hispanic people don't come to buy or have to serve. This is hands down the best CVS location. The makeup section is pretty large, lots of selections. On top of that, Tim and Judy are just so wonderful! Who knew shopping at cvs could be a fun time! I really enjoyed chatting with them and the customer service was 10/10! I love when I meet kind people, it just makes life better! They’re so positive and have the best personalities! Highly recommend this location and hopefully you’ll run into them as well! ?

You are given different prices on brand name medication. I received 3 different prices: $87, $165 and finally $494. I came to this location for the 24-hour convenience. I need to look elsewhere. I felt like the pharmacist was not being truthful.

Forgot my debit card and the rude, shady manager there insisted it was not there and I was wasting my time coming back. I went back to the store and the same rude, shady manager handed me my debit card from a basket behind the counter.

Prescriptions are put on hold without any explanation indefinitely. Apparently they are not available to order and you're told they're on back order, if you're lucky to get through because nobody is going to call you and tell you why they can't get them. When you try to transfer the prescription to different company pharmacy, they deny them! I know for a fact that I can get these at Amazon or rite aid .Unbelievable! CVS has no right in denying prescription transfers to Amazon, home pharmacy or any other pharmacy for that matter. I called in to speak directly with a pharmacist in charge and he asked me to have the company give me a call for the transfer. Perhaps they don't know that everything is done electronically? Amazon or rite aid is not going to sit on hold when everything is supposed to be done electronically so there is a record.CVS is placing a huge burden on patients and other pharmacy providers by acting like this. It's unfortunate that my company has CVS as a pharmacy benefit because they are absolutely horrible. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that you are on hold forever, yesterday for 35 minutes, and nobody still picks up. 2 days four different phone calls and I have not been able to get through. I've checked using the app and it's useless. It just keeps saying on hold or in process without any kind of explanation of when it's going to be filled. After over a week of trying to get prescriptions filled, I am now asking my doctor instead to fax everything to my Amazon home pharmacy, That's the only way to get them transferred because they deny everything automatically sent electronically which must be against some law somewhere?? What right? Do they have to keep my prescriptions there against my will!Just an FYI, everything is cheaper at Amazon Pharmacy, even without insurance! One medication CVS was going to charge me $89 and at Amazon Home pharmacy it's $17, without insurance. It's a no-brainer at this point, don't get your medications filled at CVS.The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because they provided a good flu shot experience.

Whem my wife was discharged from hoag hospital, the discharge nurse told us they pushed a prescription for hydrocodone to this pharmacy and that we should go there to pick us up. When we arrived at 8pm, the pharmacy told us they had no hydrocodone and that no other cvs pharmacy had it either. It was hours between when the hospital pushed the prescription and when we arrived. This pharmacy had plenty of time to inform Hoag they were out of hydrocodone.

I will never be using this pharmacy again. I am very sick.My doctor ordered 3 prescriptions to this location on Monday afternoon, I had to wait on-hold for 17 minutes before finally speaking to someone in the pharmacy to tell me they're ready for pickup. 2 of 3 were ready, the 3rd "will be ready tomorrow." Call again the next day (Tuesday) another 10+ minute wait - "Oh. this item has to be ordered, it will ABSOLUTELY be ready for you tomorrow." (Wednesday) "Our apologies, it is on back order, but it will 100% be ready for you tomorrow." BRUTAL.It is now Thursday, and the pharmacist is telling me that I cannot get this prescription, no one has it, even the warehouse, and I need to call my doctor to get something else. This is UNACCEPTABLE. That might've been acceptable if that was told to me when I originally went to pick up the prescriptions on Monday. I understand if you don't have something, and can't get it. That's the state of the medical industry these days, not their fault, I understand. But to keep telling me it will "absolutely" be ready tomorrow, only for 3 days to go by and finally be told: "NOPE, sorry we can't get this for you!" then rudely hung-up on, UNACCEPTABLE.

I recently started using this pharmacy, and each time I've called, they pick up, stay silent, and make me listen to old music for 45 minutes. The only way to reach the pharmacy is by calling the front desk and insisting they transfer the call. It's incredibly unprofessional. Despite a positive in-person experience with Kayla, the phone service needs improvement. If staffing is an issue, CVS should consider hiring more personnel. This is unacceptable.
