Review update!
We just added latex to our wonderful bed for an extra cushion and Allen helped us with that as and he is now at the HB store with Crystal and they are an AMAZING team!!! Both have helped us in selecting new pillows and more! Always a GREAT experience working with Custom Comfort Mattress no matter which store you're at!!! ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I encountered a fantastic, pleasurable, and professional experience with my recent CCMC purchase. I'm a long-standing customer for multiple bedroom setups, in multiple homes. In fact, my 1st CCMC bed was purchased back on March 20, 1995 ! I will always return to purchase all my future bedroom needs from CCMC. No other bed will supplant their ability to offer the most restful and comfortable night's sleep.
Moreover, this recent purchase was enhanced tremendously with the assistance of Azita Azodifar. Ms. Azodifar's expertise on CCMC's varying bed lineups absolutely fulfilled my purchase experience immensely ! Ms. Azodifar took the time to intently listen to my requirements for a new bed setup, and asked proper & detailed questions in order to faithfully steer me to the most optimal bed that met my needs. In fact, Ms. Azodifar's superior service & expertise exceeded my needs. She recognized I'm not an average, run-of-the-mill customer. She gleaned I wished for the finer touches, extra offerings, etc. No overselling occurred. Rather, she professionally offered me options whereas I concluded the process with all my minimums as well as additions that I embraced. Kudos to Ms. Azodifar. CCMC should give her a raise as she's fantastic for the organization !
Thank you again. Ms Azodifar and CCMC hit the ball out of the park yet again.

We had purchased a mattress last year and still had some credit for additional items. We talked to Azita and she explained the differences in available comforters. We selected a bamboo comforter and are really enjoying it; along with getting a nice discount based on our points.

My experience was excellent! I worked with Azita in the Newport store and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This is my 2nd Custom Comfort mattress. The store in Irvine also assisted in providing guidance with my choices and pricing online. So a big thanks to Mike and Marcy as well.
Kindness, product knowledge, quick personal attention to detail and just outstanding customer service and support. Take the time to shop local! You won’t be disappointed!

We spoke with sales person Azita at the Newport Beach location & told her we were looking for a king bed as we were moving locally on Balboa Island. She was very informative and super nice. We ended up purchasing 2 beds, a king & queen, both with remote control, adjustable and vibration, added a pillow top for both & 4 pillows. She made everything easy. We are scheduled to receive our beds delivered next week. So far our experience has been excellent and looking forward to these amazingly comfortable beds.

I want to give a shout out to Custom Comfort Mattress Company, and specifically to Alan York, whose assistance was indispensable. What a pleasure to deal with a company that sells products that are environmentally friendly, and that prides itself in customer service. I spent a lot of time in the showroom, and Alan was extremely helpful and patient. The delivery/setup guys were very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with my mattress and adjustable bed frame, and grateful to have found this gem of a company.

Purchasing these fine mattresses couldn't have been easier.I bought a Queen & King. Allen helped me make the right choice in which mattress to buy. He let me know about the super savings during Labor Day. I even purchased the high quality linens to go with them. I highly recommend Allen and Custom Comfort Mattress Newport Beach to everyone. : )
