I came here based on reviews. Avoid if possible. Small, old and dirty are my best descriptors here. I was shocked. I wish we would have turned around and left. I paid $30 for a pedicure that was essentially a polish change in a massage chair -- and not a particularly good one. Don't expect to be offered a glass of wine or Diet Coke. Don't expect to be whisked away to a rejuvenating stress free experience. Don't expect clean tools from an autoclaved bag. I hate saying this because I normally try to promote small businesses, but I'm at home regretting my choices and hoping I don't have a foot fungus.

Lisa is the sweetest lady ever! She was kind enough to squeeze me in after hours for a great mani/pedi, also gives a great little massage too. One of the best priced salons I've come across in town. They are tucked back inside the little plaza on pch, though it's not hard to find if you follow the address. I recommend supporting this small local business!

Jackie and Lisa are fabulous here! They are very talented, kind and give a great manicure/pedicure massage. I love this place- they are always on time and have great pricing. They are also so so kind!

Meticulous cleaning, relaxing massage and perfect painting on my pedicure and manicure today. Lisa and Jacky made me feel welcomed and taken care of while they did such a good job on my nails. This is my new place!

My wife came here during our vacation and they did a wonderful job! Very clean, kind, and professional. Everything you'd expect from a great Nail Salon, this is it. Prices were great compared to other Nail Salons in the area but the service and ladies were top notch! Highly recommend to try! We were lucky enough to get a spot before we started our week long vacation by calling in and setting an appointment so be sure to do that.

Been going to Lisa and Jackie for about 20 years. Staying true to basic techniques, there are not two more genuine, sweet and skilled ladies in Newport Beach. I just go for the message portion of the mani-pedi just to relax but they do all the other nail options. Once you become a client, you will become their friend and you will never leave. ****READ THIS - KATE K IS SIMPLY WRONG ABOUT LISA AND JACKIE. SHE IS LYING AND NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND DETERMINE IF SHE WANTS TO BE A GOOD PERSON OR THE PERSON SHE CURRENTLY IS.

Jackie and Lisa were such sweethearts. I went in with my boyfriend for a "spa day" and they took great care of us. Both were very engaging and welcoming which made the experience fun and we shared some good laughs. The salon was clean and pretty easy to find. I really appreciated how they took their time and did a great job at making sure I was satisfied through every little step of the process. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't done so already!!

WORTH THE READ! DO NOT VISIT UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was in the area on vacation. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in and off the bat it just seems like a really unhygienic store. They just have plastic bags over tubs and very squeezed together. No space for like 5 people inside. Just not comforting overall. I was put in a pedicure chair and the I told her that I only want manicure. She said ok just sit there and told me to choose a color. She went from left to right of the manicure chair to do each hand. Very annoying. The color options were dirty and only had like 30 colors to choose from. I had pretty long nails and 2 were broken so I wanted to add acrylic and keep my length to the two that were broken. The lady didn't know how to do it and asked someone to do it for her. So I had to wait. So they had to come over and add acrylic to my nail. Made it seem as if she wasn't a nail technician at all. She started to file my nails and i told her i want to keep the shape and size. She didn't even bother to respond just looked at me. She filed them down how she wanted not how I asked her to. In the picture you will see my real nails except the middle nail. The middle nail is the acrylic they added, and you can see that, the nail is super wonky rather then my real nails. I asked for white, and she gave the this very spotty white where u can see through the color. She did three coats and it just looked horrible. Their price for a gel manicure was 37 dollars. But I was charged 47 dollars, when I asked why... she said 5 dollars per nail for the acrylic. Just shocked. I had no choice but to say thank you and pay. I came to my hotel crying because all I wanted was nice nails, and came back with worse nails. I got to work and took them off by buying acetone. And i just bought regular polish to have some color. After a couple days for us to come back to our house I took of the polish then I got home I did my own gel nails. And look at the difference. She didn't even clean my cuticles. Just horrible. Zoom in please and you will see what I am talking about. Last but not least the entire time the employees were talking amongst themselves. And you can tell they were talk a bunch of cr** because one would say something and they all look at you and laugh. They probably said something about my toes because I didn't want my toes done, because I just got them done a week before and they all looked at my toes at the same time. And started smiling at me as if I dont notice that they are talking sh** Never again.

Had such an amazing experience here at Ciel Bleu nails!!! Lisa and Mindy were so great with my girlfriend and I... Everything was clean, friendly, and top notch!
