GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING ! On Saturday my wife and I were over this way doing some shopping. My wife has been looking for long sleeved tops and blouses so we popped in here to see what they had. There was nothing that appealed to my wife !

Well made clothes but it's hard to find anything modern .
The staff is super nice though. Couldn't find better employees . The clothes are a little boring, and so much linen? Anybody in love with ironing and the wrinkled look?
The pants are well made so I ended up purchasing a pair but that's pretty much all I could find.
The shirts I wish that they would alter their sleeves because they hit you right where you would put your arm down if you were an office worker and the buttons are pressing into your skin.
So the sleeves should be shorter above your elbow or they should change the placement of the buttons and everything else so that you can actually wear it to work. The lower arms are also very tight, and the pattern doesn't change even if you go up in size.
All the clothes are pretty wide instead of long.
Trying to get anything added to your rewards program once you sign up online though, it's a real challenge. Spent 20 minutes in chat with their customer service person who couldn't get it straightened out.
So basically I was told that I had no points after making a purchase?!
The staff gets 5 stars, super nice and helpful. They should be proud of their staff and take good care of them.
The clothes overall gets 3 for good quality, but horribly boring, and too expensive since they have a real lack of any excitement in design. The prints are also pretty awful.
And the results from the customer service conversation and not seeing any of my points. Well that would be a 1 star.
And that's how we ended up at 3 stars overall.

Darlene is awesome! I came in with an old Chicos card with credit of mine from 2014 and she was able to figure it out. The Chicos near me had long closed down

My mother loved this store. She passed away from Breast cancer but her closet full of Chico's. She was a classy beautiful woman. Chico's style is timeless and the wearability and quality are beyond anything new. Im sick of low quality throw away cheap clothing. Im a Chico's woman now also. Thanks Mom

I love this store and how organized and easy to shop in it! The entire staff is wonderful and always eager to help if you need it! I am always happy to shop here in this Newport Beach location.

Product is good but you have to find it yourself. Customer service is non existent. Don't care if there is a sale going on, the store should have enough staff to help everyone. No excuse for this store's negligence and delays.

First of all, i dont really enjoy shopping.. it always feels like a chore but I really liked how organized the store was so it was easy to peruse.. I was greeted right away by Melanie who looked like the quintessential chicos brand ambassador. Her outfit, hair and makeup looked like she stepped straight out of a chicos catalogue.. anddd she was so helpful! I let her know I needed new trendy tops but that they had to be lightweight & comfortable. She knew exactly what to show me and made my experience quick & painless. I left there with such a good vibe and will be returning again soon. Thank you, Melanie!
