OUTSTANDING!!I LOVE this Chase Bank!Chase offers many locations ... but this Chase Bank at Jamboree Rd at Newport Beach is the BEST!The VP/Branch Manager Cristian B. is OUTSTANDING! Kelly went above and beyond and advocated for me after I spent hours bouncing back and forth from the international call center. If you have ever been extremely frustrated with the experience of a call center, I was heated and could of wrote bad reviews about Chase. Instead Kelly shows that Chase does have some winners working for them that show executive power, but most importantly empathy that is sincere, not the fictitious kind that becomes offensive when it’s attempted.This specific branch (next to my boys in blue Newport Beach PD) is unlike any other branch out there. Christian, the branch manager is also on board for putting the client first. It’s been a long time since I have had team oriented customer service that went above and beyond. In todays current climate of victimhood mentality, we must honor those who face everything and rise to the matter at hand. Chase should have other branches learn to have an executive branch with outstanding persona of what it takes to satisfy consumers. . . like Chase bank off Jamboree in Newport Beach!

Been to a lot of banks, everyone is always super nice at Chase but this is one always stands out the most! Especially Justin, there is nice people and then there genuine nice people and that's Justin, ask for him when you need help he's the best! This bank is fantastic!

Tony is the manager here, at my home branch for Chase. I always find him welcoming and very helpful whenever I need anything. He is very accommodating. Last manager wasn't a patch of him, I hope he stays with them a long time at this location... !

Amazing service from Tony (a very capable manager) and Fatemeh!I was having difficulty getting my concerns met with the 800 # and with my home branch. So, I decided to Google which local branch had the most stars/ best reviews. This specific branch on Jamboree rd in Newport Beach came up. Google reviewer had mentioned Fatemeh's top notch customer service skills and I think even here on Yelp as well. I was so pleased to hear her name when she answered the phone. She graciously got me in touch with Tony and I am almost in tears by the kindness he showed in explaining a situation that has taken weeks for everyone else in other Chase depts to explain. He was capable and knowledgeable. During this time of Covid, people have lost patience, it is assuring to see a branch with a team that truly understands their clients.Thank You Fatemeh and Tony!

I had several issues/items to take care of and was helped by Fatemeh and Leonard. Both team members were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I also have to add that Leonard was particularly awesome, both for the effort he gave to help me take care of some things and also because of his amazing personality. This is a great bank branch that certainly deserves some recognition!

This is the updated review they completely f***** up my account I just posted in in the other one I thought they cared they took 3000 from me out of my online banking it was fragile and I tried to report it they won't give me my money back I tried to file a police report and they told me because it was online I have to go through my bank nobody helped me I went through four different people and they just keep giving me the runaround no one will help and it makes me sick to my stomach it's the holiday season and they are complete assholes they don't give a fuck- do yourself a favor and go to Wells Fargo or any other bank besides Chase because they will f****** steal from you and not give you your money back I am seriously going to legitimately switch my banks completely - THE Worst customer service of all time!!!!

Outstanding client care and customer service! I was greeted and helped right away. Impeccable respect by all. Had several portfolio questions - all answered and strategically implemented for what I wanted to do. I've recently moved from Arizona, and don't recall ever receiving this level of service! It was a pleasure! Highly recommend.

I never had any particularly good experiences with Chase, but for the past year or two, things have gotten a heck of a lot worse. I can never log on to their site with my PC in less than 30 minutes, and most days I can't even get into their iPhone app at all. When I DO manage to get in and gain access to my accounts, I find it impossible to navigate their interfaces. Enough was enough - I went into a branch, closed all my accounts, and will put my money in a bank that will actually let me see and use it, rather than a sub-par Behomoth like Chase.
