This location probably being Newport Beach only caters to the rich. When you visit the branch there is absolutely no customer service. The lady at the front desk says they are a wealth management branch and anything one formerly could do is done online.

This branch and as a whole this company has there stuff together, they alway answer quickly and are amenable to most everything I have ever asked of them. If your looking for a place to park capital or just day trade I highly recommend CS and this branch.Thanks CS staff.
