Would give negative stars if I could. Women's department treats customers horribly. Went to lingerie, asked and waited for help. I guess I was an imposition. Gal was snobby to me, I was looking for a sweater and she was short with me and just stared at me while I looked at the monitor. Seriously! Later I bought stuff at register, with no help and this same sales person that was snobby rolled her eyes at me, yeah you missed the commission being mean. Went to shoes, a guy ignored me. I asked for some Monroe shoes and he said we don't sell them here. He didn't offer to order some for me, try something else on. Are you kidding, seriously!Would have spent more Nordstrom. I would rather stay home than deal with pretentious sales help.

This is my 2nd bad experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter staff Nordstrom Fashion Island. I was dismissed within a few minutes of asking a question! Last time I checked, your shelves are empty and you would hope that you have customers inquiring and buying your products! I'm going to shopping online!

Above and beyond store managers, Teri and Jennifer Morgan. Tracy was the employee who processed my refund. Later that night, I decided I wanted the shoes back, but they were sold out online. The next day, I called Nordstrom, to see if they could track the shoes down. I was told "sorry, we don't have them." I emailed the store's manager Terri who got me in contact with Jennifer, who tracked down the shoes and had them ready for me to pick up at the Online Order Pick-up Area. Thanks to Terri & Jennifer for locating the shoes. This is the kind of customer service Nordstrom is famous for. Give these essential employees a raise, please!

NICE STORE ! My wife and I popped in here on July 4th my birthday so I could continue my hunt for a white cotton collarless long sleeve shirt like I had when we met in 1998. Alas they sold the same generic boring stuff as Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. Still looking for that cool men's fashion boutique !

I was in the area, visiting this Nordstrom and decided to try some things on. That was a big mistake! The fitting room was an absolute disaster. I mean I was in shock by how unorganized and cluttered the rooms were. Then, it got worse. As I was trying on a jacket, I felt something in the pocket. It looked like a type of anti-theft thing and it was still attached to a bit of cloth. Do the people not check!? I also saw another one on the floor and it was also attacked to some material. Then I saw this cute shirt in the room that I decided to try on, after I unburied it, I decided not to. Someone had dumped an entire cup of coffee on the shirt and left it in the room. And none of the salespeople had bothered to clear out the rooms! This place is a disaster. Do not shop here, do not try on clothes, just walk on by and find a better, more well-kept store.

Definitely a good place to go if you're in a hurry and know what you want don't expect an interactive experience if your a male shopping in the rail they never staff anyone which is a shame because fashion island does t have many options for men's clothing.

Update: I went back a week later to do a clothing return and when I was walked through cosmetics the "beauty stylist" kept harassing me and tried to chase me down. Ludmila has got to the most aggressive and terrible Nordstrom employee I have ever seen. It is not ok to chase a loyal Nordstrom cardholder around just because I have money. So inappropriate and nasty, clearly the previous situation I had with her was NOT addressed.

I was attending a wedding on 11/23/19 and my makeup artist canceled on me last minute and i was in a rush so I went to Macy's and they sent me to Nordstrom where I meet an amazing lady who did my makeup and my daughters in under an hour for the rush of the wedding. She did a beautiful job and her name is Leana Halabi. I recommend her to anyone going down to fashion island in LA. Go do your makeup with her you will not regret it one bit.

Small Nordstrom a store that is limiited in their inventory. Wish they carried a variety of more brands like their south coast store. Save your time and just go straight to south coasT over this loccation.

Omg soo so good!!! Very pleasant surprise.!!! Great food n service. Would recommend n definitely returning. Ps the onion soup was the best I've had !!!!

I came here hungry and left very satisfied. I had the Crab bisque which was Delicious but heavy! My favorite was the Brussels sprouts-We just ate at an expensive restaurant the day before and ordered $20 brussels sprouts. These brussels sprouts blew the other ones out of the water and already I want to come back just for these. We also had a Small pizza which was very good. Service was ok. Took a long time but we got our food although they never checked in us once for drinks or more food.

I met a girl named Nadia, who works for YSL, you need to try Mon Paris!!! It smells SO good!!! She is so nice and you need to go try/small/buy this!!!

From my last second holiday shopping, I decided to get my family members some fragrances. Not knowing what to get them or how certain brands smelled , I asked an employee from the Channel counter , Sabrina Higareda, for help. Here, she helped me look at the many fragrances at her counter, amazing me by the wonderful scent of the fragrances she presented me. It was then after a few minutes of trying out different woman's fragrances that I bought one. However, after smelling 2 more fragrances she had presented me prior to my purchasing my first one , I decided to get 2 more. At this point, I was very satisfied with all 3 of my fragrances. In addition, she presented me with one more and very well explained the brand and eventually enthralling me to add on to my shopping bag. After buying all my fragrances, she took her time to carefully and beautifully wrapped my gifts while explaining the brand to me. In the middle of her helping me out, she was also helping out other guest and answering questions from them in a manner that did not make me feel forgotten or left out on. Overall, I am very satisfied with my shopping experience. I will be definitely be purchasing more channel based items from her.
