This cafe is located tight near Hoag hospital, and is perfect for a quick bite if you are waiting at the hospital. They offer real food, far from your typical hospital cafeteria. To top it off the staff is SO friendly and the food is good to top it off.

Cafe MG 538 is pleasant with comfortable surroundings and plenty of seating inside and out. I had a Breakfast burrito with Avocado. It was prepared fresh to order and was a tasty treat while waiting for another next door. Breakfast and Lunch service only to serve Hoag customers as it's location adjacent Hoag parking structure.

I recently visited Cafe 538 and had a truly fantastic experience. The bacon and sausage breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious - I couldn't get enough! The salsa that came with it was a perfect complement to the savory flavors of the burrito. It's worth noting that the burrito is on the smaller side, but the quality and taste more than make up for its size.The real star of the show, though, was the mango guava madness smoothie. It was so good that I found myself wishing I could have another one! It was the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and refreshment - the ideal drink for a hot day or to start your morning on a high note.Overall, I highly recommend Cafe 538 for anyone looking for a breakfast spot that delivers quality over quantity. The friendly service and great atmosphere only added to the wonderful experience. If you're in the area, be sure to check this place out - you won't be disappointed!Parking: Lots of parking, parking structures on top of parking structures✅

Wanted to grab breakfast while my brother was having a procedure but didn't expect the burrito would be this small. With a small coffee it was $13, it was good but I rather have a regular size burrito.

Cafe 538 has the best breakfast burritos, but Leo’s salsa puts them over the top! Since Leo took over the business, his menu choices have grown! Great lunch options now and he caters large orders! We love his breakfast burritos with salsa the most! Thank you Leo!!!

Today to celebrate change of management, Cafe 538 had free all you can eat Taco bar, Pozole and Italian Club! Scooorreeee! I thought the pastor was the best but the chicken and carne were good too (you know I had to try them all)! My colleagues and I are excited by the new management and changes ahead! We especially want to wish Leo the best of luck taking over and thank him for his customer service - ALWAYS a 10+! You know we'll all be coming in for more!

I am not a local and read good/bad reviewsbut decided to check it out due to low prices breakfast burritos $5.75 or ham cheese sandwich too I ordered the 2 egg potatoes, w beacon/ sausage w muffin ? for $7 50 see pic and loved it I'll return here for the cleaness and lovely patio outdoor to enjoy your food

My to go place for lunch. The customer service is great and the food is fresh. I have order multiple times from here for our office meetings. They deliver on time and with exactly what you order. I would highly recommend them for your next office meeting/event.
