FABULOUS SERVICE ! My wife and I popped over here on Saturday to pick up a few things....in particular one of their house baked chocolate cakes. We parked pretty close to the store at around midday on a rainy day. ALL GOOD ! We shopped here for the first time a few weeks ago and came away very impressed. First up just inside the front entrance...HUGE STRAWBERRIES. We had to buy a punnet...they were delicious with my breakfast. Then I grabbed a large FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE...very good value. At the cake counter we asked helpful Sandra ( all snugged up in her freezer gear ) behind the counter to tell us about a couple of the chocolate cakes. We prefer to buy store baked rather than brought in from a third party. We decided on the 6" CHOCOLATE CELEBRATION CAKE....and it tasted pretty darn good that evening ! There is an incredible amount of pre-prepared meats, pasta, seafood and more all over the store...makes you look like an expert in the kitchen. My wife picked up a pack of KASIA'S PIEROGI - Potato & Cheddar...should be good. We don't eat a lot of fish....mainly Aussie Barramundi or Atlantic Salmon but the CRAB STUFFED SALMON looked interesting...I bought a one pound slab. MOVING ALONG ! Mmmmm the CHICKEN BREAST STUFFED CORDON BLEU looked a winner...I bought one. BEER LAND ! The last time we were here I had a good look at their craft beer selection....many of the usual suspects, a few of my favs like Leffe, Victory and Brouwerij West and one or two I hadn't tried before like Clown Shoes. I picked out 1 x 6 pack of Victory "Golden Monkey" Belgian Style Tripel Ale ( one of my favs ), 1 x 4 pack of Clown Shoes "Rainbows Are Real" Hazy IPA...something new and it tasted very good that evening. Last but not least 1 x 6 pack of Leffe "Blonde" Belgian Ale ( I love it ). They have a huge wine section too but I am purely a craft beer drinker. Meanwhile my wife bought a Charentais Melon ( a French variety of a Cantalope )...very delicious and a pack of La Banderita large flour tortillas. TO THE CHECKOUT ! Now the last time we checked out here was with lovely Becca..the friendliest most cheerful cashier in the world. BECCA ! Where are you....we kept walking until we found Becca who was very happy to see us. ANOTHER WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE !

Excellent quality meat dept with a vast selection ,their produce is always fresh, the deli is very good, and their sushi is consistently fresh and very delcious. Their bakery offerings are great as well. Bristol Farms provides all around better quality than Gelson's, Whole Foods, and Pavilions.

SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE ! Somehow we found ourselves at this supermarket in Newport Beach for the first time on Saturday. My wife wanted to buy a box of THE COOKIE ( buy 6, get one free ). However we found out when we were at the Irvine Spectrum Center that our usual source...Bristol Farms Newfound Market had closed down a month ago. SO HERE WE ARE ! We turned up around 2pm and had to look hard to nail a parking spot in the overworked public parking lot. The moment we walked in the front entrance it was obvious this was an old store.....very tight aisles and the fixtures looked dated. We headed straight to THE COOKIE service counter. My wife bought a box....buy 6, get one free deal. The young lady behind the counter fetched a tray of just baked original Belgian chocolate and roasted hazelnut cookies, carefully packaged each one and placed them delicately inside the pretty blue box. VERY GOOD SERVICE ! With that taken care of we continued our shopping expedition. I grabbed a large FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE...it tasted very good this morning. GEE WHIZZ ! They even sell the famous Aussie chocolate coated cookies TIM TAM....ripper sale price too ! My wife loaded up our shopping cart with a Charentais Melon ( French cantaloupe ), portabello mushrooms, green leaf lettuce, pastry shells, ground pork, beef stew meat, salmon king fillet, org yellow onions, russet potatoes, large artichokes, green asparagus, org green onions and a yellow mango. MEANWHILE ! I checked out their beer section.....not bad. I saw a few beer brands that were new to me. Even though it was a pretty dated looking store it was a very busy store....a good sign. We headed to the checkout where a smiling cashier named Becca welcomed us in a very friendly manner....Becca has been here for quite a few years we found out. WE WILL BE BACK !

Rude staff. I love Bristol Farms and this location sucks all around. Had an encounter with a kid James terrible manners and customer service.

So happy to report I went into Bristol Farms for my usual items I get and was so pleasantly surprised at the hot bar that looked so good! All items were fresh and filled! Only wish there was a little more variety once in awhile!

I'm a former customer of the (shuttered) Bristol Farms Newfound Market in Irvine Spectrum. I was on the market for some silly cow, hot chocolate truffle mix, and when I discovered that they had shut down that location I was disappointed. So I had to search for another Bristol Farms location. This happened in the Newport Beach area just minutes away. Prices are on the higher end compared to regular, basic grocery stores. But it's definitely worth checking out... at first I couldn't find the chocolate mix I wanted so I went, went up to the cashier. She directed me to a section with a full selection of it... yay! I also happen to pick up one of their Bundt cakes. It was delicious. I will definitely pick one up again. Next time I'm in the area...

Their hot bar food is better than any other grocery store's hot bar I've tried. The orange chicken is especially notable.

Good store, expensive prices. They run out of items with special prices. Yes, coupon says "while supplies lasts" but I would expect this should not be happening a lot.

Dated and uninviting, I'm surprised this is in "swanky" Fashion Island. It looks like 1992 in here, and it's not friendly either. The Spectrum Bristol Farms that recently closed was way better than this. I'm sad to see that one go.

I arrived after 8 to pick up some yogurt, and ended up with a few other items. When I was ready to check out, only one register was open, and no self-checkout. The customer in front of me had a cart full of groceries already crowding the belt. I was prepared to wait about 10 minutes before my turn, when another employee asked me if I would like to check out at a nearby register.I couldn’t thank him enough; this was an example of excellent customer service. I’ve reviewed 2 other markets that don’t accommodate nightly shoppers, so I am so grateful to have come on a night with such thoughtful employees.

How I love Bristol Farms, let me count the ways....their prepared food just is next level. Whether I'm getting the breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwich, teriyaki chicken bowl, sushi, salad.....you get the idea....all five star. The chocolate chip cookies are some of the best I've ever had and even better the next day. If I lived closer, I'd be happily broke! lol

By far the best grocery store you can go to, even surpassing Gelsons and Whole Foods. Their quality is top notch but their prices are set accordingly. They have surprisingly fantastic sushi and floral selections for a grocery store and their produce is the best you will find anywhere except a local farmers market.

Our Thanksgiving dinner from Bristol Farms was amazing. Juicy turkey, yummy stuffing (traditional with sausage) yams with pecans,...everything was fresh and perfect. Pick up was easy peasy at 8 am. Thank you.
