Love to shop at this store, they have a variety of luggage styles along with sunglasses. It's sure a one stop shop for travel goods. Will definitely be coming back!!

I had such a great experience at Sunsations today!! I bought a Tumi backpack and was also able to get it custom engraved at the same time for no additional cost!! Angie answered all my questions and was a HUGE help. I def recommend if you are in need of a backpack or any luggage needs stop by the store at Fashion Island and ask for her!! This is my 2nd purchase in last year and will be coming here for all my travel needs moving forward, thanks Angie!!!

Mom needed new luggage for her cross country trips to see her new grandson. It was time to update her Briggs and Riley to spinner style and something more lightweight. Mir and Greg were super helpful to us and patiently showed us various carryons until we arrived at a decision: the Briggs and Riley torque that was updated for this year with the front pocket. Not many sales people can handle the 4 of us (N and I plus grandparents plus a 13 week old and stroller) yet they rolled with his cries and answered all of our questions. Greg was knowledgeable with the redesign and showed how to open the front pocket and discussed the merits of the hard side structure. Plus Briggs has the best warranty in the industry which is why we have always ended up with their bags. Even though we missed the end of the year sale they spoke with their manager and approved honoring the sale. That is so helpful and so nice. With such customer service we decided mom should buy not just the carryon but also the 27" checkin bag! Thanks to that, mom was able to update and get a full new set - that is what I call professional customer service! They offered to monogram the bags for us while we waited. They have earned repeat customers! Next time N and I update our luggage we know where to go!

I went into the store just to look around and Greg came up to me and asked me if I had any questions. I suddenly remembered that my husband needed some new luggage as his had been ripped the last time we had traveled. Greg discussed each line they carried-both the pros and cons. I decided on the leather Tumi. As he knew it was a gift, he followed up after the day he knew I was giving the luggage to my husband, just to make sure he was satisfied with the luggage and to see if he wanted the luggage to be monogrammed. Really nice and thoughtful-excellent Customer service! I highly recommend them.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses. The owner tells me to go pay while he cleans up my glasses. I get them back and they were dirtier than when i tried them on. His fingerprints were all over the lens. Why even bother offering to clean if you're not really going to. Ive heard horror stories about the owner. Will not go back and support.

It is a shame that this transaction went so wrong with Angie. My wife and I purchased a Briggs & Riley carry on spinner after my insistence that this was a great brand of luggage and that the B&R brand was well worth the money. Now, my wife refuses to buy this brand after the bad experience we had at this store. As a customer, it is a simple request that we want to purchase a new item, not a floor model with cosmetic scratches, yet Angie managed to ship us the exact floor model that we declined to buy in the store (it was easy to spot based on the location of the scratches). To the credit of Tony, the store manager, he was willing to exchange it with all shipping paid, but at this point my wife was no longer interested in dealing with this store or this brand, as it turns out. I am giving one star because of the questionable ethics and the fact that Angie felt it was better to argue with me when I went to the store for my refund, rather than a simple apology for the mix-up.

Great spot ones stop shop .......Rimowa Tumi and Briggs Riley . Boutique look very clean . Great Music... Definitely stoping but again too get more Glasses.

Got a great new Tumi luggage for my husband here! Great customer service. They engraved my TUMI luggage and it turned out wonderful. It was such a great gift for my husband. I will defiantly be shopping at Sunsations Travel store again in the future. It is easily located next to Whole Foods, so parking was easy to get to it.

Came in to Sunsations and was greeted by Angie. Outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism. Bought a really nice luggage from her and couldn't be happier with the purchase. I would definitely be back and refer all my friends and family to Angie!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this store. We love our Rimowa luggage set (purchased from a different store in Mission Viejo). The problem arose when we decided to take our Rimowa carry on-bag there for repair. We dropped it off right after Christmas and just received it back today after what seemed like much confusion and multiple trips. I was told they were waiting for a part. However, there was a period of time I questioned if they could locate our bag. From a customer perspective, it appears the store is not being managed well. When I entered the store today to pick up my bag, I saw two employees sitting on displays. A woman finally got up and went to retrieve my bag. When she brought it to me she was never informed how much to charge (the bag was out of warranty) and the manager was not there. I do not recommend taking your luggage to this location for any repair.

I requested a specific piece of luggage and and they held it for me. I told them I would come by Sunday morning. After a 2.5 hour drive I arrive at opening time to hear that they put the item aside for me then sold it to someone else anyway. Albert whined with excuses but I could tell he didn't really care about me as a customer. When I told him I set my day up to be here he had no words and I still walked and way. Fine. You aren't the type of store to sell Rimowa if that is how you are going to treat people.
