Many thanks to Kayla and the team for my visit - as a recently relocated Virginian, one of my first stops in California was Bob's, the Mecca of Rolex Pre-Owned Watches. I remotely purchased a Submariner 14060M from Bob's in 2012 - a specific year model and last of the 2 up/2 down Subs. It arrived as advertised, at a very reasonable price. Despite a conglomeration of Omega, JLC, Breitling, Seiko, and an FP Journe, the Sub is still spot on and my go-to daily wearer. Recently retired, I was torn between a new Blue TT Sub and a vintage Day-Date. Kayla was nice enough to walk me through their offerings, and very knowledgeable on the details of strap offerings over the history of Day-Dates. We had a lengthy, low-pressure discussion, which evolved to a new search for an Oyster Perpetual I had regrettably passed on a few years back. I took way too much of her time, and she was pleasant and understanding throughout. Kayla and the team at Bob's have my highest recommendation for those considering a vintage/ pre-owned Rolex or other high-end watch. Their process is fully transparent and professional, and their show room and is very relaxed and welcoming (unlike many Authorized Dealers). I have also worked with Chrono 24, but you know the product from Bob's has been personally verified by a Rolex-certified technician. Five stars, and I will be back.

I always wanted an Omega and finally settled on the Seamaster Aqua Terra. I was browsing the Internet one day and a steel and red gold Aqua Terra popped up. It was offered by a place called Bob's Watches. I clicked the link and went to Bob's website to check them out. After checking out some other sites and reviews, I was persuaded that Bob's was legit. It took another few days before I decided to pull the trigger on what is now my very beautiful timepiece. The price was very very good for a practically brand new watch!! I started a chat with a person who turned out to be Christian Stark. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable doing business with Bob's. I decided to make the purchase and had no regrets. Service was excellent; Bob's Watches accepts credit cards from most countries, not just US and Canada as some internet sellers do. That is a big plus for me because I live in the Caribbean. Everything was flawless. Shipping was on time, packaging was superb and everything was in order. I highly recommend Bob's Watches and would purchase from them again.

Had a great experience with Bob's! Shout out to Clark Harrison as my service representative. He was amazing and very helpful. Great communication and fair pricing. They gave me a great price on my 1980s 18k Rolex. A tip for selling- send your watch to Rolex for a full servicing before selling. I spent $2k, they got it showroom ready and issued a factory 2 year warranty. That netted me an extra $5k after paying the $2k investment.

I was interested in trading a perfect Rolex explorer II just serviced by Rolex, with papers and box, and was offered a ridiculously low price for the watch, at least 1/2 below what they sell the watch for w/o box and papers. Greed is greed, and I can't abide.

I gave them my credit card to purchase a watch for my wife for Xmas. When I thought the deal was done, they wanted me to wire the money. Then, I started to read reviews and decided not to do that.Had to cancel my credit card purchase and cancel my credit card for a new card. Shame on these folks. There not legitimate.Purchase at your own peril.

I will never buy anything from these liars. They sold a datejust to us as a new never worn or sized. Took it to a dealer to sell. Turns out it's far from new. They refuse to do anything about it and now I'm stuck with a watch that was sold to me as new but is 10000% far from new.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. These snakes sold me a watch listed as new never worn. Went to resell found out it has multiple defects and is 1000% not new. They refuse to refund me and cheated me out of $20k. If you have bought a watch from here please get it checked out or don't even bother buying from them. Unless you wanna roll the dice and see if it'll happen to you. Time for a lawsuit. I trusted you snakes and this is what I get? I hope you loose business and have everyone return what they bought from you because that's what you deserve for what you have done and don't wanna take responsibility.
