They messed up on my order of sheets but once I spoke to the MGR the problem was corrected and he went 110% to ship the sheets to me. They have wonderful sheets and I would buy from them again. The only reason I gave it 4 out 5 stars is because of the confusion and mess up of the order. I would recommend them.

Never Never go to this establishment!!! My husband thinking he was doing a good thing by purchasing a down comforter for 1400.00 for Christmas was shocked to find out when we went to return/exchange 7 days later that we could not do either! The sales person Carolina was present and said she told my husband no returns or exchanges!!! He said no you didn't!! It does not fit our bed and is too heavy! Refused any return , exchange, was very rude!!! Customer Service failed!!!! I left comforter there refused to take home and hopefully our credit card will help us. Please DO not shop here!!!!! Warning!!!! I never post anything ever. Good or bad. This is Criminal!!!!!

I DO A LOT OF SHOPPING EVERY WHERE! This place is way over priced and a rip off ! I live in corona Del Mar and the store is located here and at south coast plaza. Taking advantage of people who have money ? Ridiculous prices. I’ve found same items and got them for half the cost ! Don’t be fooled by these people even the sales prices are over priced. Be aware there are no returns ! I buy decor and change my house around every so often and you need to see if the colors will go and try things out before you decided you want to keep them. Can’t do this at this store. I don’t and won’t shop at this place. I hope they go out of business for since they like to rip people off

Very simple review to write. Walked in to buy a variety of items - sheets, linens, accessories, duvets, etc for our new place. Left with nothing. A woman (possibly owner?) treated us oddly, tipped her glasses with a look of arrogance, didn't give a lick of customer service and acted put out at our questions. So unhelpful. Not sure if she even cared (or noticed) we left.
