Just humiliated and falsely accused of stealing a $4 box of Tylenol by the crazy clerk at Bal Harbor.After years of being supportive customers. Will who has know my family for years mistook my Bank of America debt card in my hand for a box of Tylenol. Stating that because I knelt down looked and left I’m a thief. My need to find feminine products for my daughter’s first period as me stealing?!?! I walked in at 6:45 they didn’t have what I needed googled the nearby pharmacy hours. They were closing at 7 and went down the way to get what I needed at balboa pharmacy. Came back to get my daughter some chocolate and got completely accosted. I’m beyond upset now and cannot believe how I was just treated.We have seen him attacked and in altercations many times and always been there to aid him however we can. Given statements to the PD, comfort and concern. Even when I proved myself innocent through explaining why I left and came back, bag of teen appropriate feminine products from the pharmacy in hard and he got confirmation that he was WRONG by someone on the phone reviewing the video, he still refused to acknowledge the error and apologize.I will NEVER go back to be humiliated by him again. That was a horribly upsetting experience. Now I wonder if all the times we were kind and had his back if maybe this guy has a screw loose and is doing this to others. Stand your ground and be careful in that store. I will never allow myself to be attacked like that again. Like I need to steal a stupid $4 box of Tylenol, I spend a hundred times that there weekly, ridiculous. Shame on him!

These workers do what ever they can with these federal benefit non-working I survive on welfare wish I had enough money to be entitled cause it’s my dream type people with an Obama phone posting reviews. Just to let you know running a bussiness is harder than the simple minded yelpers think.

Celsius C is a liar. I was there with the cashier. She was drunk as F and acting like a B! The cashier did all he could do to keep it together. Her husband looked like he was 20 yrs older than her. So I thought to ask for I’d cause she was questionably in her 20’s. She came back like her my ducking ID. Do that means the cigarettes are free right? and he didn’t want to put up with her hoodrat BS drama. So he treated her like she was treating him. I don’t blame him: she was a hoodrat karren and I’m glad he did what he did!

I went in today 8/6/2022 With my husband to buy some beers and the cashier had glasses on and he had a hat ion was acting so rude I asked for some cigarettes but he was cussing asking my id and I went to go get it and he started at us for no reason. So I came back with my id and I told him here's my f****** ID. And he just starting cuzzin again no for no reason .and he said he wasn't gonna sell us s*** to go to 7/11 he was very aggressive

The worker William is the grossest person I have ever encountered. He is incredibly rude and offensive and cursed at my friend repeatedly. He took my friends real id and claimed it was fake, so we called the police and the police came and verified it was a real id. After the police left, he said he didn't trust the police and still wouldn't sell. So I guess if you don't have grey hair or in a walker ( or maybe not bc apparently they discriminate against disabled people, as seen in other reviews left), don't come here to buy liquor unless you want your id taken. :)
