I don’t typically review retail stores, yet this Athleta team is one of the best in their fleet.
Ruby, Kris and Diana (and it’s a nod their customer service levels that I remembered all of their names!) deserve to be recognized for their amazing customer experience.
Thank you for taking care of me personally, and making me feel special. Vuori doesn’t hold a candle to you all at Athleta!

I recently had THE best experience at Athleta. Having never shopped in this store before, I was absolutely blown away by the selection and how comfortable, soft and gorgeous the new collections are. I was in heaven. Not only was the store so zen and immaculate, the service was above and beyond, five stars. Kim and Chris were incredibly welcoming and kind as they assisted me with my new workout wardrobe. They made shopping more fun than I could have imagined and literally rolled out the red carpet. I was previously an Alo loyalist but honestly, these clothes are softer and so flattering and well fitting. I cannot wait to return, overall amazing and highly recommend! I'm hooked already and have been living in everything I bought! <3

I am a current Athleta card holder and frequent customer. Had a really bad experience at this location on 7/21/23 with the two managers on staff. Returned a couple online purchase items and one of which I was sent was not the correct size. I was told that item was a final sale. Told them I understood that but explained a second time I was sent the wrong size. One of the managers essentially told me I made the order and was responsible for it. This was mentioned about 3 times by her. I showed her the app and asked her to show me where I selected that size. She was unable to do so. I asked for a solution and she was unwilling to do anything. A second manager stepped in after I told the original manager I was speaking to she was being disrespectful. Being told 3 times it's what I ordered when I did not was frustrating and frankly unprofessional. I felt like she was either accusing me of lying or incompetence. Second manager stepped in and then offered an exchange with my ID only. She was essentially insinuating some type of fraud/frequent returner issue but was unwilling to give details as to what she meant by that. I looked around didn't find anything to exchange that was in my size. Management was unwilling to give a store credit. Management was also unwilling to give me the regional managements name. It was a $26 return. I looked through my purchases over the last 12 months and have spent just under $1,500 on sportswear at Athleta. What a terrible experience with a company I purchase with often. I do want to say I have had nothing but great experiences at the Mission Viejo, CA, Alexandria, VA and Woodlands, TX locations. The Fashion Island location in Newport Beach was an awful experience and I will not be making purchases from there again. I will be calling customer service on Monday hopefully receiving some type of credit.

I used to buy here often. Then one day I purchased several hundred dollars and they talked me into opening a credit card account for a 10% discount. I paid the bill the next day on line with the temporary account number they gave me. Since then they have not received my payment but it has been withdrawn from my account. I went back to show the manager and he called and had it removed. 3 months later they reversed it and have been charging me interest ever since. I have tried to communicate with both the store and the Barkleys bank and no one has been able to help me. It gets worse but you have the idea. DO NOT GET AN ATHLETA CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!! I will never shop there again and will continue to put this on social media and tell everyone my experience. Their clothes are a dime a dozen and can also be found at T.J. Max and other discount stores.

i like this store. another overpriced yoga clothing store. because having like 4 of the same stores in a mall is unoriginal. i was looking for something they didnt have in store. they had to order it for me. they have a large selection of kids clothes. help is non exsistent. we will see when the item comes how it is..

I love Athleta pants and was so excited when I saw the actual store as I don't live near one. I went in on a Sunday morning and was helped by two ladies who were both named Kim. I have a hard time finding pants that fit, and Kim patiently helped me try on various types of pants and sizes, and I finally found one that fit well except for the length. Who knew they offer hemming service for free? I usually wear a Venice jogger in Petite M but Kim suggested I try on a Venice flare in S. They had to take out a few inches but it was done perfectly, and I didn't lose the slit on the side either. The hemming was done by Friday and I went into pick them up on Saturday. They said that the pants can also be shipped home for free too. I wish I had a store near me! Great service and it made the price of Athleta pants even more worth it.

Everyone at this store was amazing this morning! They helped me find just the right size and colors I wanted, and not just the sales team but the manager also. They were all so helpful and fun…made my experience a wonderful one and lifted my day to another level. Thanks guys…I will definitely be back.

I'm loyal to Athleta because of their positive message towards women's bodies and their clothing always complements the shape of my body. Free hemming on their clothes...yes please! Also I'm a fitness pro and they offer a lot of perks if you are as well. Their clothing pieces uphold their quality and the workout material feels like silky gold.

Athleta sports clothes are great. The materials are soft and not too hot. The leggings have larger pockets to hold all sizes of phones.The ones that work best for me are the joggers with the cuff on the bottom. They stay down and I don’t have to have it hemmed.The shirts, shorts and other clothing are also fashionable and very soft and silky.The staff is very helpful to guiding you around the store and helping you at the dressing room.There’s lots of competition in sports clothes. These are my favorite.See you soon at pickleball, yoga or running.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at this store. It's a complicated story, but the short of it was that I had to transfer store credit from a return back on my credit card. She was curt and rude to me from the very beginning, and at one point implied that I was lying to her! I was completely shocked with the way she treated me. She barely gave me time to explain myself and kept on talking over me. I'm really disappointed and quite surprised as my prior experience a few months earlier had been great. After this experience though I won't be coming back to shop at this location.

I while ago, I went to one of the Athleta stores to find high quality leggings for my yoga practice. I found them....& fell in love with the Athleta experience! Tops, bottoms, (lefts and rights... jk
