My mother was pressured into to buying a new phone after asking to have her battery replaced on he old phone. The sales man was pushy and rude, and would not allow her to have the battery replaced, after she was told that was an option over the phone. She bought the insurance and they set up her phone is a rush - apparently they did not inform her that the "find my phone" function has to be activated to make a claim on a lost or stolen phone. Her phone was stolen and after 9 days of trying to file a claim and get support she was told she has no options - she is out over $700 - and only wanted a battery replacement. Pushy rude sales people took advantage of my mother - no morals, stay away from this store and apple in general!

Having antisemitic employees really make clients feel unsafe.I will not be buying anymore Apple products until they get rid of the employees promoting hate.

Bait and Switch. I was told if I brought my phone to the Apple Store it would cost $29.95 to fix but if I swapped out the phone and got a new one it would be $99.95. So I agreed to the $29 option and handed my phone over to the so-called geniuses. Turns out they are absolutely NOT geniuses. Looks like they specialize in fraud, namely bait and switch. My $29 repair cost me $99 and all they did was replace the back. I definitely did not receive a replacement phone. I will never need their "service" again I hope. This place is disgusting and the "genius" who helped me was rude, sarcastic, disrespectful, disingenuous, and in need of customer service training.

Me and my husband purchased new iphones there and I thought we had a great experience until this was discovered. We purchased the insurance. I selected a purple phone. When the initial phone was delivered to the sales person, he noted that it was the wrong memory size and sent it back to be replaced with the larger memory phone size. The problem is, the phone was white; but, did not notice until we were in the process of transferring my phone info to the new phone so I let it go bc, I was getting a case anyways. Then, when I got the second receipt for the auto pay for the insurance it had the purple phone linked to the insurance and not the one that I had. So, the insurance was not even covering MY phone and I wondered whose phone is this going to cover. I contacted Apple and cancelled and am now dealing with getting charges reversed on the two months of $8.99 each. I know it's not a significant amount; but, I kinda feel like I was scammed.

Good they actually took their time to get ahold of apple and take care of a disputation that I was told to do myself. The manager Sean was very helpful and walked me through my issues and explained the process perfectly. I wish there were others like this that want to work and help others. Thank you Apple :)

What is the point of making an appointment to fix a cracked screen for a specific phone type…only to take time out of your day to go to your appointment at this location…to be told they don’t have the screens in stock. I HATE APPLE. They are the worst. Don’t go to this location or any location for that matter. Apple sucks.

The employees here were genuinely helpful, in stark contrast to those individuals at South Coast Plaza who were exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Despite their error, they displayed a complete lack of concern for me as a customer.

Had 2 service appointments at the genius bar to get my airpod pros fixed, R side is making a static noise during active noise cancellation, still under warranty. Not the best of use time, they accomplished absolutely nothing both times - still has the same issue. Ended up just ordering a replacement from a third party.

Very nice store with polite and friendly helpful employees or technicians as they call them these days. We had very good service and we're very comfortable while we waited just a short time to get our issue resolved

The Genius Bar at this location is a complete disaster. They took my MacBook Pro to have it fixed and handed it back to me with missing parts and the power button crooked. I have been going to the store for a year, every month because of issues on the computer. They seemed to be stingy and not want to make a full replacement. Finally, I was able to have this resolved at a different Apple Store, where the management was astounded by how I kept being dragged to come in the store every month. Shame on you Apple Store in Fashion Island. What is wrong with the employees in this store? Not well trained? All they do is chat and laugh. Learn to work and work well. We are paying thousands of dollars on these products.

As always apple is apple. Authentic place, friendly staff, good product and atmosphere. What can we say it is in fashion island. I recommend it. It is big. Let the vision come and I will be the first one to grab.

One of the most spacious apple stores I've seen. Definitely go here over irvine spectrum if you want to avoid crowds. I will say its kind of hidden, there's no signs on the streets to signal apple is here, but you go up the elevator to the second floor and walk around the interior plaza. It's where all the boutique shops are. My charger broke inside the ipad and this was the soonest available genius bar appointment. The staff was super nice, though the wait even with an appointment time took a few minutes. The technician I had help me was friendly and got it out in a jiffy, for free. So overall, positive experience just expect some wait time

I would like to take this opportunity to let anyone/everyone know what a spectacular job these gentleman did in helping me repair my phone, that caused me hours and hours of aggravation.Jaime Reveles was the gentleman that worked with me on trying to resolve the situation fixing my phone, after I had to have the glass/earpiece replaced, which was a “known problem”. They replaced it for free which is the good news, but it then caused a major Bluetooth problem, that I didn’t realize until after I had completely destroyed, my hearing aids and my car trying to get them to work!!!Nate Hill, the Manager is the “white knight” in this situation because he was able to get my phone replaced, instead of patched back together like they had done the week before which ultimately caused all of my problems…Those two gentlemen definitely deserve a raise!!!I have had thousands and thousands of employees in my career and the good ones the rise to the top are a select few, these two are a good example of the Best of the Best.THANK YOU!Jeff
