It has been a fantastic experience working with Alta Realty Group for over 5 years. My collaboration with Bill Seitz and Kevin Laughern has been the highlight of my 25 year real estate career. The strong support and resources they provide have enabled me to close numerous transactions in the Silicon Valley. Alta prioritizes education on real estate law as well as offering effective marketing techniques during their weekly meetings. Working with a team of hardworking individuals has truly enriched my life. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the Alta Realty Group.

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience with Alta Realty Group was! From the moment we began our search, their team made us feel like a top priority. They listened carefully to our needs, made insightful suggestions, and helped us discover homes we hadn’t even considered. Their knowledge of the local market was invaluable, and their negotiation skills were top-notch—they helped us get a fantastic deal!
What really set them apart, though, was their personal touch. They were always just a call or text away, patiently answering all our questions and walking us through every step. It felt like having a close friend guide us through the process, which made something as overwhelming as home buying feel enjoyable and exciting.
If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and delivers results, look no further than Alta Realty Group. They turned our dream of owning the perfect home into a reality!

I have been involved in the real estate industry for over a decade. The purpose of this review is primarily to inform others about the performance of a particular realtor/broker. In summary, this realtor demonstrates a lack of concern for the best interests of their clients, prioritizing expedient deal closures above all else. Initially, when I engaged with Keith, he projected confidence. However, this initial impression proved to be deceptive, as I soon discovered to my detriment.Regrettably, I engaged in the simultaneous purchase of two properties with Keith, both situated in areas he claimed to specialize in. Both of these properties ended up entangled in mediation/arbitration proceedings, demands for escrow closure, and the need for legal counsel. When we sought Keith's assistance with one of our recent challenges, his response was that he had already invested too much time in the matter. It is essential to exercise caution, even when he provides answers that appear confident and accurate. I strongly advise verifying the facts independently, though this should indeed be standard practice, a competent realtor should offer their unwavering support. Had he possessed the knowledge he professes, he would have preemptively addressed most issues before they escalated. In conclusion, I urge you to seek out an alternative realtor. Fortunately, the power of online reviews empowers us to hold realtors and their services accountable, preventing them from taking advantage of future clients.

Kristi Allen— I had the unfortunate experience of working with her during my recent home-buying process and found her conduct to be unprofessional, irresponsible and downright unacceptable.First, Ms. Allen drove me to view properties while she was under the influence of alcohol. This is not only dangerous, but also a violation of the law. Additionally, she disrespected my mother during an argument, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.Furthermore, when I expressed my disappointment that the property I purchased was not in the condition that I had been promised, Ms. Allen gave me a very rude and mean attitude and refused to take my complaints seriously. She even pestered my lender in a rude manner that caused him to not want to work on my loan, ultimately causing me to miss my closing date.Ms. Allen also demonstrated a lack of knowledge and professionalism when it comes to her job duties. For example, it took her at least 20 minutes to open a lock box to view properties and she was unable to find a property that met any of the criteria that I had requested. Additionally, she carelessly left a binder containing my private tax information and social security number with a random lender that she had just met that day and refused to take responsibility for not returning it to me for months. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, and I am disappointed that I had to deal with such unprofessionalism and disregard for my needs and concerns. I expect a prompt and appropriate action to be taken in regards to Ms. Allen's behavior.Additionally, Kristi gave out my social security and tax information to random lenders without my consent. She would make unnecessary stops for fast food during property viewings, and would not pick up clients' keys after closing on a house, because she simply didn't feel like it.To make matters worse, Kristi became extremely disrespectful when I made any complaints, and brought up my family members in a disrespectful way, despite having nothing to do with the conversation. I would not recommend Kristi Allen to anyone. Please be aware of these issues before working with her.Driving clients while under the influence of alcohol is not only illegal, but it also puts the lives of the client and others on the road at risk. Delayed access to properties due to slow opening of supra lockboxes is wasting clients' time, not showing properties that match client's criteria, this is not respecting their preferences and wasting their time. Giving out sensitive information without consent of clients is a major breach of trust and confidentiality. Stopping for fast food while showing properties, not picking up clients' keys after closing, being disrespectful towards clients, and bringing up personal matter in conversations is completely unprofessional and unbecoming of a realtor. It's very important to report such behavior to the brokerage or agency where the agent is affiliated, or to the state's real estate regulatory agency which could investigate the matter and may take disciplinary action against the realtor.I would strongly advise anyone looking for a realtor to steer clear of this individual, as it is clear that they do not have their clients' best interests at heart and are more concerned with their own convenience and well-being. She even made fun of a tattoo that was dedicated to a deceased child that died of cancer!!!!

While we have moved their offices, we have also moved their clients homes whereas we have always had a wonderful experience with Realtors Liane and also with Raquel. Communication was excellent, and their clients just as friendly and happy. They are easy to work with and always professional, guaranteed.
