My Team and I just managed a transaction with Daniel and his Team. We were the listing agents on the sale, and Daniel represented the buyers. It was a breath of fresh air working with Daniel. He was diligent with the timeline and key dates for the escrow. He represented his clients with a high level of professionalism at all times and we were able to close a short escrow on-time. I would highly recommend working with Daniel and his Team for all of your real estate needs.

Absolutely horrible! AllView Real Estate is by far the worst property management company around. They manage a unit in the Villas South property in Aliso Viejo, CA., that we leased.192 SandcastleAliso Viejo, CA. 92656There's a known rat/mice problem throughout the entire community. The bait traps get marked that they have been baited, when in fact they haven't been. How do I know this? I had to call Orkin to come out and take care of these rats and mice. The Orkin exterminator checked multiple bait boxes that were placed outside by the Powerstone Property Management pest control company. AllView refused to contact Powerstone regarding our complaint.AllView said it was our responsibility, even know this was their job to take care of it.The Orange County Board of Health has been made aware of the rat/mice problem. Since AllView Real Estate wouldn’t take care of the rats/mice, the Orange County Board of Health will make sure they do!The sticky traps in the photos are from Orkin, who I paid to come out.Glad we no longer live in a unit managed by this joke of a place.Shame on AllView Real Estate! Beware of properties managed by AllView Real Estate!

Marcella was awesome with helping us get into our first apartment. She was responsive and thorough with any questions we had for her. She helped us with the application process and we were able to get approved soon after seeing the apartment thanks to her quick responses and attention to detail.We are so thankful for her help!

I moved to Irvine for my job purposes and looking for apartments. I did not have luck in beginning because most companies were asking for pay stubs. Luckily, AllView Real Estate were willing to offer me an apartment at Orange only based on my employment verification. Thanks to Laura who walked me through the entire process smoothly. When I entered the apartment on Monday, everything was right on the spot as it should be. Can't wait to start my journey in orange county.

In response to All View's response, the home owner and I independently obtained privately funded test results revealing the presence of mold, since they refused. Subsequently, the property owners took action by removing the blinds. It is imperative for both tenants and homeowners to be aware that these assertions are grounded in factual evidence.

I wish I could give zero stars. We moved into a unit in Oceanside in 2022. It was fully furnished with the cheapest and most uncomfortable furniture, and the kitchen was covered in bugs when we moved in. We alerted the property agents multiple times about leaks in the building, including one right above our bed, but none of our requests were repaired. We ended up spending thousands on deep cleanings, repairs, and exterminators with no response from All View. We were told once to call a phone number for repairs and when we did it texted us telling us to stop calling. When we asked about renewing our lease, we brought up the negligence of the property manager and were told that All View was not our original landlord at the beginning of our lease - which is false, as they are listed on our lease. They told us a rent decrease would be insulting and that they had no plans to allow us (out of our pocket) to upgrade the broken and uncomfortable furniture. A month went by, and they still made no repairs, so we signed a lease elsewhere and left. I would never recommend renting from them. We paid $4300 a month on time for a year in addition to all the extra money we had to put into the unit to make it livable. We see the same unit (that has been empty since we left Sept 2023) is now listed at $4250 so not sure how "insulting" it was for us to ask for a decrease. All around unprofessional and not worth the money spent.

Marcella has been my contact for the tour and the contract signing. My first impression was quite positive and that remains the same or gets even better as I continue the communication with her and get support. She takes good care of us and I have never had any kind of stress with the move-in thanks to her close attention and prompt help.

I've worked with AllView as my property management company over the last year and they have been excellent. All of the team members are great to work with - they are professional, responsive, good communicators. I had a particularly great experience working with Marcus who was the person responsible for getting my house "market ready" after the last tenants moved out (and then finding new renters). He was so knowledgeable and on top of every step of the process that I felt completely at ease. I would definitely recommend AllView Property Management to anyone looking to rent out their home.

Do not rent with All View Real Estate. Read the other reviews from renters. I have an exceptional rental history and have never had any issues until renting with All View Real Estate. We have mold on blinds that the owner installed in our home that they refuse to remove. We also have rodent droppings surrounding the home. We have been here six months, and here is All View's response, "we believe that the shade issue is from a lack of maintenance and is deemed tenant responsibility." They provided me cleaning instructions. The owner says she paid $2000 to have the curtains installed, and "it may be pollen." See my images. I chose to take action with the Building & Land Enforcement and Environmental Health Investigation Branch in SD. All to have visibly moldy blinds removed. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere. The pest control issue still exists several months later.
