I had an issue with one of my screws being stuck in my guitar, and even though it was a strange request Mike was happy and willing to assist me despite the store being busy. He helped me find the right tools and replacement parts, and even installed them in for me. Mike deserves a raise!

Excellent Hardware store. Well stocked. Super friendly customer service representatives. Great advice on what to get. The titebond II glue recommended works excellent. Plenty of parking. LP tank exchange. Just about every or kitchen gadget you ever wanted in stock. Great place to shop for presets or water kettle or so much cool stuff. BBQ’s, gardening, sprinklers, painting and paint, tools, huge selection.

I went looking for a portable heater, yes, at this time of year particularly one that had an automatic turn off. Ace had them at a good price!I was greeted as I came into the store and was asked several times if I needed help. All the employees were extremely happy, answered my questions and more than willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Ace for having outstanding customer service!
