Could be managed better . Need lot of cleaning outside and inside . Service is fine . Cost wise the store is always more and there is lot of scope for it it cost is normalized.

The people here are crooks. First few times I noticed that they were charging me more for items that are on sale. For example 2/$4 on lemonades and they would charge regular price of over $6. I brought it up once and the guy behind the counter got pissy faced because he had to adjust the price. Another time I paid cash and had over $.50 in change that the cashier decided not to give me because I was on the phone (literally what he said when I asked for it).I really don’t expect stellar service or amazing prices at a 7/11 but to constantly have to double check to see if I’m getting screwed every visit is unacceptable.

Whoever is working right now was too involved with his phone to ring me up and kept checking his phone throughout the checkout process making it that much longer. Then when I asked for a bag for the handful of items I had purchased that I obviously wasn't going to carry out of the store, he threw a bag at me and gave me a dirty look like I did something wrong... obviously had to bag my own stuff while he's still glaring at me when he was looking at his phone I'm in the service industry so I get it but this was just horrible service and insulting

I don't understand the great reviews. Location is great, selection is great as any 7 11, but staff was incredibly rude. Clerk was rude and yelled me , because I simply slid card the wrong direction . I do not care how small a purchase is, no clerk should yell at at a customer!!

Only 5 minutes is allowed here. Rush you out of the store even if you buy over $200 of their junk food. Forget about it. Stay at the bars

The store associates were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were inactive with the little one which I appreciate the courtesy and kindness.Would be great if they had mobile checkout s we had to wait in line a bit but it was understandable considering it was a busy weekend day.

The level of service here is off THE CHARTS!!!. I was ordering slices of pizza from the deli when the clerk was boxing a fresh pizza pie from the oven for a customer. I said to the customer" I like my pizza crispy and well done like that"So the clerk asks me if I would like my slices crispy and well done? Yes! And she puts my 2 slices in the oven and reheat s them to crispy perfection! Wow! 7-11 great job. I'm a very satisfied customer.Today I'm trying the quarter pounder big bite. And on another day I accidentally gave the cashier to much money $5. And he was honest and informed me. 10 mini tacos $2.89. And today I ordered the boneless sirachi chicken ?Wings on a shis kaboob stickAnd Mike's hard lemonade ?.Very impressive shis kaboob
