They are awesome. FTP did not give up on me, continues to call and touch base. They’re very understanding, great compassion for what I’ve been through. I would recommend them to anyone. I found Troy company for the people on Google search, I have no idea. What do I need to do when I have a problem with my commercial roof someone cut open the roof and Broken in , I don't want to just get a patch of Roof when the trusses of the building is also broken into and my English is not good , Troy will use as much as time to explain what he can do and explained step by step process to make sure you get the knowledge of how insurance can just pay u what they think they wants to pay you !!

Met Troy today on FaceTime he went through my house as he went through my policy ( ON A SUNDAY!) I have watched his vids on YouTube with his buddy Corey! I decided to call to get some help and he did not disappoint at all, it's easy to tell he just wants ti help, and honestly I felt supported for the first time out side my family during this stressful situation. he's very versed in this industry and knows how to break the lingo down for all to understand. Dude is authentic and respectful as he is on YouTube. I'm just starting my journey with Troy I will keep u posted on the updates of my claim with FTP and Troy.

Troy was very knowledgeable in assisting my husband and me through the complete process. I didn't talk to Troy every day there was always someone from the office in contact with me or my husband step by step of the process. My husband and I hired Troy, Corey, and his team to help with our water loss. Troy and his team were very thorough and responded quickly to all emails and calls, normally within a couple of hours. They submitted our paperwork as soon as it was completed. We completed our claim in just under 6 months. They were personal and supportive throughout the time that we worked with them. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a public adjuster!

After months of being ignored, lied to, having my kitchen completely torn apart and not living in my house I couldn’t get the insurance company to play, let alone play fair. I was at a total loss for how to proceed with my insurance claim. I scoured the internet for what to do and read about public adjusters. I contacted a public adjuster locally but because my claim didn’t meet his threshold, he referred me to Troy Willis.Almost overnight, the weight of everything lifted. Within days (and during the holidays) Troy came to my house, fully assessed what was going on, wrote and submitted the proper documentation to the insurance company for payment. He was thorough, available at all times to talk, communicated clearly and was able to manage our expectations well.The insurance company continued to try and play the game but in the end and only because of his experience and understanding of how insurance works, construction, laws, I was able to finally get a fair payment on my claim. For reference, I was only able to secure 13% on my own of what Troy was able to initially secure for us.If we ever have another claim, I will have zero interest in contacting or working with the insurance company directly. I wouldn’t suggest anyone do it either. They are trying to trap you and will if given the chance. Instead, contact someone who has an interest in helping you handle the entire process. Unless you work with insurance companies you have no understanding to the extent of what they are responsible for covering and they will never openly share the information with you.Lastly, during the process we had a vendor come to our house to offer us a quote on a repair. He was totally independent from Troy and of his own volition told us that we had hired a well respected and knowledgeable public adjuster. He had seen him on other claims and admired his work. That was an extra bonus that made me feel like we hired the right person.

FTP is an outstanding company, I followed Mr Willis on a few jobs and i was amazed at how much he was able to help his customers. He recovered the damages in which they deserved from the carrier. FTP is truly for the people.
