Out of ALL the Bank of the West branches, this Newman branch is by far the worst. With the rebranding of the bank to BMO, I think it’s time that bank gets a new manager. That manager has been there for years and her attitude is the reason I hate going there. I have to take a drive to the Patterson, Turlock or even the Modesto branch just to get some decent customer service. If you’re looking for world class customer service with no attitude, you will not find that here. Useless here look elsewhere.

Look these tellers make Pennies and count other peoples money all day so of course they gonna hate you when you winning they are bitter women for sure. I'd be mad if I looked like them too the blond chick is cool never had no issues it's the other 2 that are miserable... funny thing about it when I open my account the manager offered me a job so glad I ain't working there with that MESS.

They have cashed the same check for me 13 times over the past year with no account, and all of a sudden they can’t cash it anymore. The teller said she “thinks it’s kind of new”, yet I cashed the same check one month ago, so is it new or are you trying to force me into opening an account? It felt forced and dishonest, so it is safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this bank because every time I cash a check I feel like they think it's a fake check when I know its real and when I want to change 20's into hundreds, I feel like I'm asking too much , my girlfriend has wells Fargo in patterson and she does the same exact thing and it takes way less time and they are much nicer and don't even question anything, I have about 15,000 in my bank account and for them not being able to cash my check is just sad , im done here

We've been with bank of the West for over 30 years it's nice/convenient to have a branch in our home town & in the Bay Area where we travel to a lot. The tellers that have been here (Newman) awhile know us by name and have helped us with all of our banking needs with professional & courteous service. We're very THANKFUL to all of them !GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE !THANK YOU, TO ALL OF YOU !
