“I've been going to Studio Bijoux for a few years now, and I must say that I will never go anywhere else. My review is long overdue. I'm never kept waiting and my girl Aurora is AH-mazing!!! I was referred to her by another friend of mine who always has amazing hair, nails and balayage. After going to 5 other highly rated colorists in Encino, Sherman Oaks, Calabasas, and WestLake Village. (One who was a celebrity colorist) and I always felt rushed with every one of them and never felt completely happy. I make the drive from the Woodland Hills area because I have never had someone take as much time and care for my hair as much as Aurora. She is personable and truly listens to what I'm looking for. Gets my color right the first time always! I've never been disappointed ever! Her balayages are always so natural. I get compliments well reaching a year. She keeps my natural dark base to keep my hair healthy. As a naturally dark brown brunette I could not be happier with my color beautiful Golden and brown ash tones. Never ever red, orangey or clumpy color. She knows exactly how to style my curls and her blowouts are perfect! Today was my first time back after about a year of quarantine. The capacity was right on point and everyone was following proper and safe protocols. Masks and distance at all times. Thank you Studio Bijoux for keeping your prices and Aurora you are worth every penny grl! A million thanks!”
“Don't walk, run to Torrid in the Valencia Mall in Beautiful Santa Clarita, CA. Courtney and Destinee are amazing!. Courtney Blessed me with amazingly Stellar customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable of the product and very helpful. Her keen sense of fashion and detail helped me to select the perfect garment for me and my lifestyle. “I went to find a gown for a formal event that I'm going to attend. I didn't find any, but I ended up buying other stuff. Kohl's always has the best deals. The post-holidays sale are good grabs! The place is always tidy and so organized. Makes shopping experience pleasant. After I left the store, my watch alerted me that it was being disconnected from my phone. That's when i realized that i left my new phone in the cart.? I went back into the store, and the phone was gone. The two female employees at the counter offered to call my number, and they were able to trace the location of my phone. I'm so grateful that I got my phone back. Shout out to the 2 ladies who helped me. I felt the genuineness of their desire to help. Thank you!!!”

“My 12yr old niece adores the Hot Topic near her home in Loma Linda. But the Valencia Town Ctr. location has terrible service. Rude, abrupt, and interrupted... their female clerk thst day was obviously 'being held there against her will'!? She wanted nothing to do with us. Her contempt was palpable!We finally just asked the other gal for assistance with the dressing room and she wasn't much better.My young niece was both hurt and confused as she wanted to spend her allowance along with my gift money on their merchadise. But they seemed more interested in restocking duties than us. The first gal was even upset when my niece needed an shirt size out front of a wall rack hanging on a display hanger. It was out infront of the others. And as it was the only shirt in my niece's size she needed it. But the gal was clearly irritated she wanted that one. I kept thinking "don't you want us to buy anything here?"The lHot Toic location near Loma Linda where my family lives has the best staff!! My family loves them there. Needless to say our special Valencia mall outing was a disappointment for both of us. Just another reason I just do not want to go into shopping malls anymore.Instead of buying what we needed there, we only got a cold shoulder shirt and arm warmers for me niece. As my niece is losing her Mom to advanced pancreatic cancer she really needed a 'win'. Hot topic could have really scored with us that day. Instead, we left upset and mostly empty handed. We won't bother returning. Their staff at the Valencia store obviously don't care either way apparently.☹”
“Great help today for a halibut / shore fishing setup. Worked with Kaden (?) and he was very helpful and did all the work for me - with my particular parameters (weight, action, length, price, etc..) He hit all the marks - and quickly.The store is on a weird corner but parking in the back is easy enough and the store is well stocked. I will definitely go back for my future fishing needs.”
“This is my go-to spot for all of my clothes. They carry women's sizes 10 and up, and I never have to worry about whether something is going to fit. I enjoy the lovely dresses, everything in the Super Soft collection, and some of their more edgy pieces.”

“Nordstrom Rack is THE ONLY place to go for designer shoes in extended sizes for Women (size 11, 12 and even 13?!). I LOVE their shoe selection! Great prices too! The only problem is that they don't keep shoes in stock. When they're gone, they are gone! They don't have a great selection of plus size clothes in store either. Their website however does. I REALLY like this store. I am a Nordstrom kind of girl. I just wish that they had an Antelope Valley location. The old Bed, Bath, & Beyond store site in Palmdale is vacant. A Nordstrom Rack there would be absolutely perfect!”

“I lost my mind!! The store was selective with great vibes and cool clothes. Clean, welcoming, and smelled great. Like Buffalo Exchange but closer, less expensive, and great parking. I had a hard time leaving the store because I kept seeing something else to try on. Definitely more women’s clothes, shoes, and accessories than men’s. Great place to sell your clothes before donating to Goodwill. A super fun place to find that new closet gem.”

“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”
