This is the place where they lost 50% of my packages if you can ship somewhere else.

They tell you whatever they have to to get rid of you and when they can’t they just stop responding. Well guess what. I don’t give up that easily. I’m tired of the runaround.

As usual USPS made another misdelivery of my package today.
The tracking number shows the package was delivered today at 11:55 AM at a parcel locker attached to our neighborhood mailbox. And, no wonder package was not there. This is 5th time I lost my mails/packages. And my good neighbor who mistakenly took will not bring back to us. When ever I received any mistakenly delivered package, at least 20 times in last 3 years I returned them to correct address.
I am fed up of USPS service and particularly this mailman who comes to our neighborhood.
It's time to dismantle USPS entirely.

Honestly taken aback by the 1-stars. Ive been in the area for roughly 6 months, have had tons of mail and packages both delivered and picked up from this location, and I’ve never had a problem. Every time I pick up, everybody is courteous and professional.

No idea why this place has so many bad reviews. Everyone here was so polite and went out of there way to find my engagement ring which had gotten mistakenly sent out for delivery when it was held for pickup.Nobody was rude or tried rushing me out. Everyone I spoke to seemed to genuinely care and want to help.

Why have a phone number if you are never planning on answering 3 calls waiting on the line just for a disconnected phone call remind me why you still want us to use the postal service?

Actual phone number is 661-253-0771. They never answer the phone. They have lost 2 of my packages and mark them as delivered even though they did not. So it's either lost or they put it in the wrong mail box.

This place is the absolute worst. As others have said, they NEVER answer the phone. The mail carriers are incompetent. They can't even be bothered to look at the mail they're delivering to make sure they're delivering it to the right address. One day I received all of my neighbor's mail and none of mine. They do call back every time I file an on-line complaint and EVERY time their excuse is that my regular mail carrier wasn't working that day. Really?! Are these substitute mail carriers picked up on a street corner to fill in and have absolutely no idea what they're doing? It wasn't until I escalated matters to above my local USPS office that I finally got a supervisor named Priscilla Corleto to call me and she seemed to take the issues very seriously. She gave me her email address, told me to reach out to her if I had any more issues, and everything seemed fine for a while. Twice this month I haven't received my supermarket adds. I emailed Priscilla both times and she never responded. I filled out another online complaint and someone from the office did call and fed me the same BS about how my regular carrier wasn't working that day. I don't get it. Are these substitute mail carriers held to a lower standard? Not that the standards at the USPS are high to begin with, but still. Okay, vent over.

UNBELIEVABLE! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE!!! This is now the 2nd time in about 6 months that the one same girl who fined out to collect the mail from customers turned me away telling me they do not do certified. That is a blatant lie. Myself & my work get certified mail stamped at the exact same location at the exact same time once a week minimum. They have the simple date stamp needed & they do it daily. This girl once again tried telling me "sorry I'm new". She's not new. She's the only person this ever happens with (again, 2nd time now) & she did this exact same thing to me months ago. I take the mail for for each day, we close at 5pm so I leave work as late as possible so all mail for the day goes out. This girl has once again caused me to miss dropping off very important business/financial related mail. This is making me insane & it's beyond unprofessional. Literally, certified mail requires nothing more than a date stamp. Mine are all paid for, all filled out, everything. Please please please either keep that girl away from handling customers (clearly she is NOT able to perform the services provided) or teach her how to simply stamp a date. I really hate writing these long, annoyed posts, but this is not just an inconvenience.

Worst location in history. I've been unable to get our mail consistently for almost 3 years now. I've gone to their pick up door every week asking to talk to the post master and have been told to leave my name and number and they will reach out to me. I haven't received ONE SINGLE CALL. After 2 years and 8 months that means I've been there over a hundred times and left my number. To top it off, I live across the street from them. I know you may be thinking this review is a hoax, but I represent the storage facility across the street from this location and have over 1,000 tenants that mail in their payments, have packages delivered to their units, and all of our business mail. We get mail once a week if we are lucky. Payments, packages, important letters all just returned to sender saying we are inaccessible. WE ARE ACROSS THE STREET! Post master had to approve our mailbox when installed, yet to them it doesn't exist. This place is a joke, sadly a joke we pay for.

Don't be rude you were hired to provide customer service . Slamming doors and ignoring people is not part of your job. Have some dignity. So many people are unemployed and you have jobs appreciate them and if you' hate your job then move on. This review is for the USPS on Lyons. I asked a question at 4:59 and the lady said "huh" and then proceeded to close the door . That is rude and unprofessional. Like I said be grateful you never lost your job through the pandemic and appreciate what you have don't take your misery out on us the customers.

They are horrible, they skipped my address two days in a row! I know because I'm homeless and it's a homeless shelter that I've been sitting out front of since 6 am. Both days. No one showed up! But they marked it as "attempted" delivery. I called to get it held at a post office and make a complaint. And the guy refused, literally, stating theres no issue yet and that I should call again "if it never shows up"... so I wonder how long is never for them? Also, the guy said he put a hold request in for my package and he didn't. I went 5o the post office he said to the next day and it wasnt there. I deserve a refund

They don't deliver pckgs properly. Won't deliver them to your door if your in a townhome, but also won't put them in the designated mail/pckg room that our homes provide. Then when having to go pick up your own pckg because they refuse to deliver there's hardly ever anyone available. I've gone on several occasions between the hours they provide with no one answering, only to have to come back at a later time or date.

This place is a joke, no one is wearing masks while interacting with customers. I waited close to 10 minutes and had to ring the best several time just to pick up a package that the USPS would deliver before this whole Covid stuff started. This is pathetic, we have a locker room that they refuse to use siting Covid protocol.
