I've been here two times since Bryzz took over and she has been great both times. She goes over your options with you, she's extremely knowledgeable, and above all she's honest and her prices are more reasonable than anyone else. I highly recommend taking your electronics to her for repair.

I recently had my PS5 serviced at Tortello services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My console had a persistent issue where it would turn off, but their team quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an effective solution. I love this place! Which is not something i would think to write about a repair shop lol.
I feel like it’s one of very few businesses who provide personalized service. During COvId times, they repaired my phone and actually personally delivered it to my house!! Since then, this is the only place I go for repairs. They were able yo repair my phone within a few hours and they even text the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working ok. I have also compared their prices to others in the area and they offer the best price. This is how you run a business!!! Great job Tortello Repair!!

The battery on my laptop suddenly stopped working, and I was faced with what to do. I did an online search and found this business nearby. It was so easy to contact them, and without even having to go there, they were able to determine the battery type, and order it. When the battery arrived, they contacted me and I scheduled an appointment, where I brought in my laptop and waited while it was replaced. Easy, peasy! The tech even cleaned the keyboard and dusted it, and the laptop is working so great now! It's nice to know about a place like this where repairs can happen without drama, and there is great customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my PS5 deep cleaned because it was getting hot. The price was fair and they did it the same day and was able to play games later that day. Very happy with the service. I would recommend it.

This is the place to go for anything phone repair related. Screens, charge ports, batteries etc. They are easy to get ahold of, they take appointments, walk ins. Very personable and take the time of day to talk to you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
