I am a repeat customer. Have always loved the lotions and scents they carry. Unfortunately I went today and experienced bad customer service. I walked in about 15 mins before closing. There was a gentleman there when I walked in and he said hello. Soon after a lady walked up to the front. She didn't greet or ask if I needed help. I browsed and asked if they had gift certificates. She turned around and said No. I had already picked up a lotion I wanted and stood at the counter for a few minutes. Not once did either of them turn around and ask if I was ready to pay or was I looking for anything else. She was actually almost facing me so I know she noticed me just standing there. It really irritated me that she wouldn't acknowledge me. So I told both of them " this is not great customer service " and I walk out. So disappointed. I won't be back unfortunately.

I absolutely LOVE Soapish. When shopping for gifts, I tend to give experiences or consumable items so as not to not clutter up my friends'/family's spaces. Soapish products are perfect for that. The fact that they are all handmade in store is a bonus since I love to shop local when I can. The scents are well-curated (& not too overpowering), the packaging is beautiful, and the soaps themselves are so well-designed. The owner Tania is a true artist. Follow on Instagram too since she posts videos of making her products and current designs. Definitely pop into the shop if you can - especially if you are an SCVer and haven't yet. :)

I've been a customer at this store since they first opened. When the pandemic hit I continued to purchase online and every time Tania, the owner, would include personal touches and little gifts in each of my order. She is just the sweetest and kindest person! You can tell she puts so much thought, passion and attention to detail in each of her handcrafted product. Shopping at Soapish you'll be supporting a local, small business this holiday season and at the same time getting quality products you won't be able to find elsewhere!

The ‘hand and body cream’ is the most luxurious thing you’ll ever have on your body, worth every dollar. Plenty of wonderful items in the store if you’re plastic-free, zero-waste, or human in general. Thanks, from Georgia!

I love all the products in Soapish! It's a Boho Chic boutique full of amazing products. The owner is the cutest and she creates gorgeous soaps and body products. Try the lavender oil, my favorite. The lavender scents are my go to. Indigo is the most darling smell as well. I love coming in to pamper myself.

Stopped by this boutique while walking around Newhall main street, and I'm glad I did! Everything in here smelled sooo good and they had a really great selection of soaps, bath bombs, lotions, candles, etc. I will say everything was on the pricier end, but they had a lot of handmade products and everything definitely felt more luxurious!

Wonderful products! I have used the sugar scrubs (the best I’ve used), body washes, bar soaps, and the lotion. The products I give as gifts have come back with rave reviews. Great customer service as well.

Soapish products slay dry skin!!!No more dry, scaley(sp) looking skin because only the best quality ingredients are used in the making of all Soapish products. I purchase the bar soaps regularly and seriously, the combination of all the butters, moisturizers and all the other elegant ingredients in these bar soaps is incredibly lux. I’ve gifted these wonderful soaps on many occasions, everyone’s always excited. Long time user tip: keep the bar in the box after use -my bars always last about 30 days of daily use.

Received a bottle of of lotion and a bar of soap as a gift. Went to see about exchanging it for a different scent as I am sensitive to this one. Went in and asked bout it. While waiting for an answer from the owner, found a couple different smells that would have been great.Was told they can exchange the bar of soap but not the obviously unopened/unused glass jar of lotion.So you'll exchange a package of something that isn't completely sealed but you won't exchange the item that IS completely sealed? That doesn't make sense.That's a shame because I was thinking of buying a couple things along with the exchange.Beware of buying gifts for people here. They can't exchange them for something they CAN use if you pick a wrong smell.

This is my favorite place to shop for gifts for others and for myself. The bars of soap are like little pieces of art you can clean yourself with. The lotion leaves your skin so soft and hydrated. I am obsessed with the oil face wash and it has been so great for my dry face. The body scrubs are amazing, as are the bath bombs. I also enjoy their candles, especially the scent of the Malibu candle. I love that they also sell seasonal decorative hand towels. They are always so adorable. I've always had impeccable help while shopping at the store, especially when I'm trying to put together a gift. There's such a keen eye for detail that goes into every product that even when using them at home it feels like a special treat.
