Going through hard times, and sometimes having to use a laundromat is part of the hard times. With the 4.5 star ratings I had hoped it would be easy, clean, reasonable to use, but that is far from the reality of this place. There is no attendant to help. There is no one available to give you refunds on a washer, if in the event it's not clean. The washer was full of toilet paper, hair, Bobby pins, and it wasn't even noticeable until the loader started filling with water. I am not made of money, and wasting almost $3 of change on a dirty machine was very frustrating. And had me in tears as soon as I was notified that there was nothing I could do. I don't understand why the machines don't give your money back, and I don't know how people can use a dirty washing machine. If you have money to waste and don't care about a clean place to wash your clothes then I'm sure this place will be just fine for you. The side loader washing machines are $4. And $6 to dry. The top loader machines are $2.75. I guess you get what you pay for?

I been going here as long as I remember we would come here for while then stopped for a little due to neglect of the place. We started coming here again once it had been remodeled and looks cleaner and the water is now actually hot. The only thing I might complain is that they don't take the linen out meaning more coins are being used for me to dry. So sometimes it takes me 4-5 coins max to dry per drier. In other words at times it only takes me 2 coins to dry now it is doubled and I wear kinda the same clothes every week which consists of work uniform and gym clothes. Before I get hate I separate my clothes into 3-4 sections. Very thin clothes (1 coin), tshirt thicker material(2-3), denim(2-4), towels(2-4).

This place has great people working here and once I forgot an entire load of laundry and the owner saved my laundry for a month until we returned. Very respectful establishment and everyone is welcomed to do the laundry.
