“I took my 82year-old mother to this store and the store manager Mary was very kind and helping my mom get set up on her replacement phone moving all for information over from the old phone to the new one which took a little while. Also unfortunately my mom forgot her passwords for Facebook and Google and Mary was very helpful in helping my mom out. I just want to say I've dealt with Mary in the past and she's just been nothing but incredible. “Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. You can find a few deals on clothes and books although the price is still higher than Amazon and other books stores. Instead of price matching when we show you the competition price, do your due diligence and price match as nearly as you can. That way we will just get the book there. It's a convenience to buy books on campus and mingle with other students, but who wouldn't rather save money? Support your students that way, they can support you. You can't say you are here for us and want to see us grow then over price books just to get the money given to us right back. It's a vicious cycle of shenanigans everywhere you go.”

Natalie, a representative at the store, assisted us. Her approach was kind, patient, and informative, which made the process smooth and efficient. She managed to add my friend's line, transfer her number, and merge it into our account in less than an hour. Although our new phone had to be shipped to the store, Natalie informed us about the shipping details and pickup times. Her remarkable memory of our order was demonstrated when she recognized us upon our return the next day, having prepared our phone order in advance. Additionally, she skillfully assisted my husband in transferring all his data to the new phone. It's important to note the presence of two other male employees during our visits. Unfortunately, they seemed indifferent and did not offer assistance; instead, they continued with their current customers. In stark contrast, Natalie immediately acknowledged our presence, informed us of a short wait, and assured us she would attend to us as soon as possible. Her friendliness and warmth stood out, making our experience much more pleasant. While we didn't purchase accessories, the store had various items available for multiple phone models. However, the lack of listed prices made it difficult to assess the value of these accessories. Overall, this location managed to meet our needs primarily due to Natalie's diligent work. For anyone planning a visit, I recommend asking Natalie to ensure you receive the best possible service.”
“Referring ONLY to the one in Newhall. JESUS is an awesome customer representative. He actually answers the phone. He knows every question I asked him. Very knowledgeable about phones, his product, the service. Very personable, nice, friendly, cheerful. Fast service. Truthful! Knows his stuff. I. Highly recommend this store only from my personal experience. Great experience. Great customer service. I will definitely buy another phone from him only. Do not go to the Metro PCS in Canyon Country on Soledad. Two girls work there who NEVER answer the phone, NEVER. Know little of their job services. Actually LIE to your face. I needed the girl who knew how to transfer pictures. The other girl didn't know. I asked when she would be in and she told me. I went in and she said the girl Rosita(????) Wasn't there. I asked" when she'll be in". She said "tomorrow". At that point, Rosita walks out from behind the wall. UNBELIEVABLE. She just lied to me. I didn't call her on it. I should have. They don't know much about service, product, anything and they lie. Friendly yes but we need HONEST customer service and their knowledge of their product and service. NEVER again will I go in there. Poor poor customer service. Go to the NEWHALL store and see JESUS. You'll be happy I heard they bring their dogs in too. Hide behind the wall, don't answer phone.”
