“This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.”

“I had an OUTSTANDING experience with this company all around for new windows in our home in San Diego. From the sales interaction, to the final measuring, to the delivery and installation, every part of the process was top notch. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. This is clearly a company that takes the time to hire great people and hustles hard to earn their customer’s satisfaction. A rare thing in my experience. In particular the installation was impressive and could not have gone better. Originally the company called and said the installation timeline was pushed a day late because the windows would not be ready until the mid morning of installation day. When I told them that the next day was my 6 year olds birthday party, I expected them to tell me something like “well we’ll see you next week”. Instead, they said okay, we’ll still make it but we’ll be a few hours later. The installer Phil was top notch. He worked for hours straight with my permission working until 7 PM to get the job done and he did it beautifully. I had 4 young kids in my home and having windows installed with them around wasn’t easy, but Phil was so polite and considerate making sure to close gates and doors for my young ones. The windows are gorgeous, I was so pleased to have them in place for our party on time, and so grateful for Phil and this company going the extra mile to make it happen. When he left, the house was spotless, not a single bit of debris anywhere. I have hired out a lot of work on our homes and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Companies like this, that hustle to make their customers happy, are very rare these days!”

“We needed brown vain Quartz for our bathroom countertops. I went to over 12 places without any luck. I was recommended Copa Stone and I am sure happy I went in. Claudio greeted me and gave me options and showed my many samples. I went with the pre-fabricated countertop that will do 2 bathrooms. The price is right and more importantly - they have the stones or can get them withing a could of business days. I bought 2 18"x14"x6" sinks. They have excellent prices on both ceramic and stainless-steel sinks. Great job Copa. They have the ability to make stone have a matt finish or a glossy finish. Look at my photos to see the machine and samples of a gloss vs Matt finish stone. Excellent prices, Stock of stones and great customer service. “As an interior designer for 34 years, I have seem a lot of changes over the past 10 years with the skill set of the building trades. Most of which is not good (sloppy, careless work with no sense of pride or craftsmanship) My recent experience with Planet Stone was an exception. Planet Stone did an EXCELLENT job with my kitchen renovation project. Highlights: * Responsive and great communication with my salespeople Angela Bello and Giovanna Landey * Spot on template work for my undermount sink, corners, tops and edges. * Installers Oscar and Giovanni were pros. They were respectful of my property, carefully installed heavy tops around appliances, made perfect on-site cuts for outlets and holes and cleaned up the job site nicely. * Pricing for the job was very competitive because they have on-site manufacturing. I realize there are some negative reviews here and I was a bit concerned myself. But my experience was as good as it gets and I would certainly use and recommend Planet Stone in the future without reservation.”

“My husband and I have been in the middle of a massive home renovation project and we had agreed on everything - except the backsplash for our kitchen. We went to a bunch of different places - Home Depot, Lowe's, even Bedrosians over in Sylmar - and we just couldn't find anything that we both liked. Finally came across Lux (ironically, right down the hill from us this entire time!) and worked with Priscilla, who was amazing. She let me take home several different samples she thought would work with our countertop and cabinet color choices. We ultimately settled on an Elysium light mosaic that looks GREAT! Thanks so much to Priscilla, your expertise made a huge difference and we both love the end result Lux has a huge selection of tile, with patterns and styles I haven't seen anywhere else. They also even have a bunch of different grout colors you can purchase too. Their staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them if you are re-doing your kitchen or bathroom”

“My outdoor kitchen countertop just got installed and they did an amazing job on fabricating it from the quartzite slab I got from San Fernando Marble and Tile. They did a mitre joint on the edge of the countertop and you can not see the seam - it looks like a solid piece of stone! They had quoted me an installation timeframe of 3 weeks after the measurement but it got installed much quicker than that. Happy that after a long backyard remodel being done by another contractor that something went much quicker than expected.”
