“6/17 Update, thank you management for your reply I appreciate your understanding with this matter, besides this issue the hotel is a great place to stay rooms are excellent.
Rooms are clean and very nice
Only problem is the hotel held $120 for incidentals after 10 days of not receiving the $120 back I called the hotel and they accused me of breaking a patio chair which we did not spend any time out in the patio. I explained this to the lady and she was very rude and said no the patio is not accessible to anybody else and you guys broke the chair and I have pictures as you can see in the photo attached. The patio area is accessible to anybody that has access to the second floor, so for them to accuse me of breaking a chair and holding my money was completely wrong, which I have disputed with my bank. VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“The check in process was simple. Nick welcomed us right away and made us feel welcome. He even gave me a complimentary drink voucher for the lounge and explained where to park where breakfast was and about the game room equipment for the kids. The pool was beautiful! The room was fresh and clean! Great location. The shower pressure was good and overall well kept! Highly recommend!”

“Me and my dog loved out stay here. The most pet friendly place we stayed on our road trip. Dedicated dog area outside and inside. Balls you could rent to play with, water/treat station, and a scent spritzer which my dog needed after a few days in the car.Otherwise a pleasant Hampton Inn experience. Enjoyed the gift basket with water and snacks on check in and the consistent Wi-Fi across all Hilton flags is great too.Nearby activities: In N' Out is across the street if you are a tourist like me looking to cross that off the bucket list.Walkability: Area is well lit with crosswalks but is also by a major road.Food & drinks: Hot breakfast provided. Better than average for hotels at a similar price point.”

“We had a wonderful stay here at this property. There are only 3 floors but the building stretches and long.Functional elevator, it comes with breakfast with our stay and free parking. The room is huge and spacious. The washroom is spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Audio sound was above average as our room was facing the parking lot and highway, yet we couldn't hear much noise.The location is top notch as it's located right beside the iconic 6 Flags and it's close to the highway and there is a Denny's right next to the hotel and open 24 hours.The lobby is clean, spacious with friendly staff making the check-in and check-out process smooth and seamless.We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the 6 Flags or Santa Clarita.”

“Had an excellent stay here. The hotel is clean, updated, and in a quiet location. A great feature is that all guests are able to get a yummy breakfast. It was also a plus that I got to charge my EV. When the room I had originally booked became unavailable the day of, the front desk supervisor Jeremy worked his magic to upgrade our room to something bigger. I really appreciate a hotel like this that is the whole package. Highly recommend if you are staying in Valencia.”
“Came here earlier in February the service was on point as well as the rooms are beautiful. In the morning the sun shine through the window and reminds me of home. They do not have continental breakfast so you have to pay for breakfast.The concerning part of it is when we arrived we were on the 2nd floor and decided to take the elevator. The permit to operate the elevator and inspection is expired by a year! We heard weird sound each time we took it so we took the stairs.Overall everything is amazing except the elevator. 4 stars.Food & drinks: You have to pay for breakfast. It's not free.”

“Not in the best location neighborhood wise but close to the Freeway and everything else. The outside is not much to look at but the rooms were spacious and clean. Awesome water pressure in the shower too.”
“Rooms have less lighting than Dubliner tavern. One place to sit in a two bed suite, someone’s dried out rice noodle crusted in the folds of the “swanky swinging seventies” cup-chair, where your knees get more lumens per square inch than any other space in the room. no amenities whatsoever. Fees for everything. Wifi takes LITERALLY 6 hours to get on (3pm to 9pm), then has speeds that only Neo could understand (as in I have used faster dial-up). If I sleep badly tonight the review will be 1 star. lame shame to the Hyatt name, other than a great location for this/that.”
“I don't get al these negative comments. I got to enjoy this place for 4 days and it's great. I love how the shower has bottles of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. They use the nice thick towels, blow dryer, iron and board, coffee in room, fridge, microwave, hbo, wifi, cable, the place was amazingly clean and smelled great. The breakfast could use a lift but the danish, fruit and coffee is not that bad! Most places don't even offer a coffee pot to guests. This place goes above the rest to give you a great stay! No bugs and updated rooms were very comfy! Keep up the great place, I have no complaints at all.”
“It's was pleasant, quiet, & clean. My only complaint was that the door didn't latch on its own. So you had to manually pull on it to latch locked. Had to figure this out on my own. Which makes me think of how many others may become at risk . Safety 1st people hopefully the motel fixes that issue before something that could of been avoid happens.”

“So I been staying here since February Jonathan and Erwin are very friendly from day one when we checked in they know how to speak to guest not everyone knows how to but anyways, if i have any questions or concerns they always answer them as best as they can. Amy is always helpful and very friendly always happy and greets me walking through the front door from work she is great. Marie is very amazing too she has answered my concerns when we had the power outage few weeks ago when the water was turned off for a whole 10 hours the first time when they installed the new bolier too and she always great with the guest. We have been having issues getting into our front door since day one. Its frustrating at times trying to get to room from a long day of work or when my husband comes home 3am from work trying to get the room but we just deal with that. Only negative thing here i have to say is just a loud person who stays above usSafety: Walking out to the parking always feel safe never been worriedWalkability: Shopping center across the street alot of food places to eat walking distance”

“My family and I lived here for a time. Everyone was just amazing. Housekeeping comes every day. They ask us to allow them in because they are trying to maintain cleanliness in the rooms and property as whole. They never came before 10am and never after 5pm. This is honestly the cleanest place I've ever stayed.”
“This hotel definitely needs a remodel but service here clearly makes up for it. The night shift managers is one of the best examples of good customer service. The young lady in the morning has clearly been mentored by the night manager because nothing compares to the smile she shares and her service. Due to the good customer service, I stay here regularly.”
