“I am on the hunt for beautiful things for my mantle. Decided to stop by here when I was in Santa Clarita. The place is adorable, with super cute things. Little above my budget that I have put aside for my project. If I was looking for a gift or something, I would definitely return here. I didn't have any contact with an employee so I can't talk about that. The downtown area is just adorable. 1-27-24”
“Came in here with my boyfriend to order our new bed, and we absolutely loved the customer service here. Oralia helped us and she made us feel welcome and provided all the information we needed, we came in once to ask questions and look around then came back to make the final purchase. We also fell in love with this mini couch and she gave us a wonderful deal on it. We found the value to be good and the furniture seems to be well made. Also Jackie was helping as well and she made us feel welcome and offered us water! Now we wait for the delivery. I will update that as soon as it happens. Thank you! We definitely will be coming back here for all our furniture needs!

“Amazing selection and great prices. LOVE my new lamp. Also, I was absolutely blown away with the level of customer service. The manager was absolutely kind and super helpful, he even helped carry our lamp to our car. I didn’t need to wave my arms or hunt staff members to help me. When I approached the manger, he immediately greeted me and helped me out without delay. Best experience I’ve ever had with customer service ever. The ladies who rang up our purchase were also so incredibly pleasant. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing lights!!!”

“I happen to Google luggage near me and found ecWorld Enterprises / World Traveler Luggage. Upon arriving to the location I walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff in the office, who assisted me in purchasing a large suitcase and a carry-on for my trip to Germany, and I must say the pricing was out of this world would definitely recommend visiting them prior to purchasing luggage anywhere else I give them a 10 star.”

“Fantastic place. I've gotten my college and law school diplomas framed here. Along with the front page of the LA Times from when the Dodgers won the world series. I love the attitude from the people here, super friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable on design. If you are still figuring out how you want something framed they helped me decide some colors and textures (including telling me they had a blue felt that matched Dodger Blue!).I will forever be coming here as long as I need *good* frames and as long as they are here. And the prices are fair for what you get. A good frame isn't cheap, but the quality of work from them is very much worth the price.”
“I was searching for a place that could refurbish a family crucifix that belonged to my grandma.I came across the Vintage Boutique through my searches, emailed if they refurbish and they said yes. I walked into the place and it was like walking into glamor and Aww. The place has scents, lotions, some clothing, house decorations, etc.I left my crucifix at the shop and the most alluring lotion I have smelled in a while.Cindii did an amazing job fixing and keeping g the originality of the cross.I LOVE the care she took.Bless be this place and the hands that's fixed my crucifix..”
“Miniso's collection has grown. I remember when my daughter liked shopping here because they had some sort of deal with We Bare Bares. Now they have so many characters, including Sanrio. If you're looking for a one stop shop that will have everything you need for a themed gift basket, this is the place to go.”

“This store is a gem! The new owner who took over is very personable and just an amazing person. I felt like family the second I walked in. I literally browsed the entire store and loved all the items she carries . She has the latest and newest from Michael Aram's collection. She has amazing chocolates imported from Lebanon , amazingly delicious and a huge hit with my family and friends The prices are just perfect and the smallest of quality items they carry is just as elegant as the largest of items they carry . I very much appreciated and felt like a respected customer ... offered coffee and chocolates the second I walked in . This is my to go to Michael Aram store from now on. They have gift wrapping on purchases, just beautiful I can 't rave enough about this place !!!! It's a yes !”

“I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”

“If you are looking for upscale kitchen gadgets, linens, or just like to peruse home goods, this is the place, lol. I can spend a good hour walking through the store, checking out their furnishings, decorations, and clearance items. And if all that shopping makes you hungry, check out the specialty food items. The line usually moves along smoothly. I had an unmarked kitchen spoon that the woman at the register took the time to compare with other items to give me an accurate price.”
“I recently purchased several items including rugs and furniture from this location. Britta was our design expert and was extremely helpful in assisting with fabrics and various selections. Other associates have also been extremely helpful in providing status updates on shipping of the custom items. Would definitely recommend this location to others.”

“Such a nice experience shopping here today. The greeter around 3pm was super friendly and welcoming. An associate said hello and smiled at me. That made my freaking day, she was a cutie! Upon checking out, I was helped out of the door and asked if I wanted to pull my truck up to accommodate my bags. Man. I wish all Ross stores eye like this in the valley! It was sick a breath of fresh air. Big ups to the management for establishing a great culture here.”
“Due to a back injury our bed was making it impossible for me to sleep. Our bed was only 2 years old, so there goes another load of money down the drain. After researching we decided to look at the sleep number beds, several people we know I'm have them and love them. We came to this store and Cree helped us out, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, the bed was immediately comfortable and supportive and I wanted to sleep in the store. We got fortunate in that they had 3 years no interest, so we bought it. Had it delivered yesterday and literally slept for 10 hours, which is not normal, I think it's due to lack of sleep for the past several months! Thank you Cree for helping us out she's the best! I highly recommend her and this store!”
