“Today’s visit to the Chatsworth Trader Joe’s started off kind of scary. You see I am disabled. I use a cane/walker to get around and am pretty slow doing it. The Trader Joe’s doors shut on me because I was standing there to pick up the wheelchair shopping cart. I was startled and called out to the staff to help me! They told me that it’s closing because I’m standing there. Ok, thanks for the information but an offer of assistance would have been nice too. As I standing there with a cane in my hand and the doors are hitting me. If I moved too fast I would’ve ended up on the floor. Anyway, I finally got on after being battered by the door a couple of times and finished my shopping. If I was an able bodied person I would have left to shop elsewhere but I needed my items so I went on with it. I got my things, went to the register, paid and was told that someone would follow me out to return the seated shopping cart. It was a load off because then I did not have to worry about getting it back inside the store.
Here’s comes the good part! A manager named Stacy followed me out to return the cart. She asked me where I want my groceries and if my car was open! I was shocked and so pleased. She was kind enough to put the heavy stuff on the floor of my backseat. I thank her and told her how much I appreciate her acts of service. It’s really difficult to be disabled in this world. Stacy was just supposed to get the cart back but her act of service made my day! Thank you, Stacy! I hope Trader Joe’s has more empathetic employees like you!!”

“Best store in Santa Clarita, huge variety of new foods from fresh to frozen. Sprouts brand Bread is good here, sprouts brand salsa is good and I always feel like they’re first to get new items in the market. I really find something new every time I’m here and they have good sales on a weekly basis. Their produce is top notch as well so it’s been my go to market for a while now. Keep up the good work!”

“Some of the older women at this store are very rude, make eye contact but don't smile or say hello. I changed lanes to checkout for this reason and went into a line with a cashier named Jimmy. He was so sweet and kind and even asked if I needed help with my items to my car. I will come back to his line first next time I come to shop.”

“Since I was in the area and needed a few things I came to this Albertsons. As I approached, store mode automatically opened on the app, which I find quite convenient. On entering the store I found myself surrounded by lots of ready made food options. You can find a Fresh Deli, Fresh Bakery items, and tons of packaged salad choices. There's a really nice meat counter called “Butcher Block”. The store itself is fairly large, and yet it is very clean and organized.
At checkout I tried self checkout. With store mode open on the app all I had to do was scan my member code, scan my items, pay, and I was out the door in a couple of minutes. I had a nice excursion at Albertsons.”

“I love this liquor store because of the owner Paul and his staff like Nancy and Rome. The others are good too, but they don't seem to make any food.One time, after leaving the store, my son dropped his bottled drink, and it broke. The owner Paul saw it happen. He immediately said for us to grab another one. I thought that was just awesome to remedy the situation and took a loss on product. Because of that I have been a everyday customer. I just saw Paul the other day and he shook my hand asking me how I've been. So this review is long over due. Thanks PDQ!”
