I bought 4 trees from them in May, one of the trees (fig) didn't do well. The tree came with a 90 day warranty assuming I paid for them to plant it which I did. I followed up with them many times, I did exactly what they told me to do. I followed up with them twice before the 90 day and once after the 90 day warranty expires. They brushed me off and didn't honor it. They told me that it will come back alive next spring which is impossible. The current condition of this tree and the splitting are all signs of it dying. So disappointed how I was misled and feel cheated after I spent more than 2k on those trees.

I am so thankful to the Green Thumb Santa Clarita team who worked on my Italian Cypress order. The buyer who took my order, the cashier, and the delivery man. They were all so efficient, professional and extremely pleasant. My order was delivered to my home in 1 week.
I spoke to another nursery that is closer to my home 4-5 times about this order, but did not get anywhere for a month or so. With Green Thumb Santa Clarita, everything was so simple.

First time visitor, Pam was kind and took the time to listen to my needs for indoor plants. Perhaps it was my sleeve tattoos, called me " Dog" lol, that was sweet! So much knowledge and care from the staff, this community overall is positive. Purchased my African violets and im pleased with my experience. I'll be back for more.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable of all plants. If they don’t know the answer they will find someone that does. I can spend hours at Green Thumb looking at all the beautiful plants. I always recommend to friends that want to start gardening. I love it there.

I am a newly plant mama and I ABSOLUTELY love green thumb. From cat nip to beautiful indoor plants. Everyone is sooooo helpful with little tip or locating certain items. I HIGHLY recommend this nursery.

Green Thumb Nursery has been my favorite place for over 50 years!! My father was an Avid Gardener and he would take me to Green Thumb when I was 7 years old. I would spend hours looking at plants and flowers while my dad picked out all of his gardening supplies. I truly love this nursery and recommend it to everyone!
