I have known George and Sam for quite some time now. Consistent and will get what you need if you ask nicely! They are attentive and welcoming, very respectful and work to get you the best deal. Customer service is great every time I see them. It's worth it to build up a rapport here because it will come back to you in the best ways!

George & his staff might be the most transparent, nicest group of employees I've ever encountered at a smoke shop. George alone has such respect & care for each of his customers that you feel like you've been long time friends. Great experience, always deals going on, they make sure you're always happy. Best smoke shop in Santa Clarita & one of the best in LA. If you ever swing by, say what's up to George!

These reviews must be either family of the business and/or paid for.If I could give this place zero stars, I would.This business is bogus on many levels, not only does it appear as a front, but the 'staff' that the reviews are bragging about was a grumpy old man who literally told me he doesn't need my business.I went in with the intention to spend on cigars (which isn't cheap), and the cashier which was super busy doing nothing, refused to assist me with my inquiries.He is a simple- and small-minded lowlife that will spend his unfortunately miserable time talking to his very minimal customer base with deceit.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.I've heard stories from friends/relatives that convince me to not go as well, but I decided to check it out for myself, and totally regretted it.

Everything is overpriced. And not by one or two dollars. It’s almost double the price as any other smoke shop. Now that I’m reading through the reviews I see that I shouldn’t have even come here to begin with. Avoid this.

I’ve been to this place a hand full of times and I can honestly say they have the best prices on discounted vapes and cigars than most places I’ve been to in scv. They’ve got great selections of brands and even sell bongs and pipes which is cool! Thanks again George for the great service you provide I’ll see you again soon!- Norman

All I got was a lighter and king palm wrap. I paid 9.50$ sheesh so overly priced !!! I should've went to another liquor store but I was in a rush. This dude totally ripped me off. I usually get king palms for 4$ or less makes no sense. "Window advertises for less" and he's out here scamming us.

The staff at this smoke shop was incredibly helpful! It was my first time purchasing a hookah and he really went into depth to explain the process and even got us a great deal on our first hookah! He also threw in some coals for us to test our. Great business at first impression! Will definitely be returning.
