They're happy to take your money, but will not produce your item. I was given a deadline of 3-4 weeks, and 9 weeks later, no communication of how production is going - if it's even being done! Do not let them take your money! I should've read the other review before I let them trap me!

Terrible experience and very poor communication. After 4 Months no sample and now saying 4 Months until items received with no idea of freight and time. Wasted $375

Amazing company! They donated a bunch of Squeezamals to my church and my sister got a 12 pack one during the drive through they were having! Such an amazing and selfless company!

My 3 year-old daughter and the Baby Thomas Surprizamals are inseparable. (You know the toy/blanket your kid can't be without, that's Baby Thomas.). Guess what?! We can't find Baby Thomas (who measures all of 2 inches)!!! I frantically looked up the customer service number on the Surprizamals website. I told the woman I wanted to put in a special order for the Mama Theresa and Baby Thomas. She was so accommodating and immediately put me in contact with someone at their warehouse. The person at the warehouse- Amber - responded to my email within 15 minutes. She filled my special order of 3 Mama Theresa and Baby Thomas (I definitely need back ups!). All this took place in the span of less than a hour. I received an email confirmation plus a tracking number for my order. I cannot tell you how this company saved me from having to explain a missing beloved toy to a heartbroken 3 year old. This is what customer service is about!!! Thank you thank you thank you! Keep doing what you are doing! Fabulous employees!

Closed on Saturday before Christmas. What happened. Hopefully they will return my call so I can get that special gift in time.
