Rude customer service left a lasting impression. Maybe it was because I'm fully tattooed, maybe it's because I'm Hispanic. I was not treated like other patrons that were of European decent. I Won't be back and I will share my experience with others.

After experiencing the shockingly rude behavior of one of the owners at Barn and Charm, I left feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened. Despite my sincere interest in discussing potential collaborations, their dismissive attitude was not only discouraging but also completely uncalled for. It’s truly disheartening when businesses fail to uphold basic standards of courtesy and professionalism. As a direct result of this unpleasant encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend Barn and Charm to anyone.

As an artist specializing in art fairs and workshops in such locations like Beverly Hills and Orange County, discovering a nearby shop featuring handmade gifts filled me with excitement. However, upon entering the shop and attempting to propose a unique workshop, I was cut off by a lady who was rude ,not allowing me to finish my sentence saying that they dont have a space...and did not even check what I was offering

I am on the hunt for beautiful things for my mantle. Decided to stop by here when I was in Santa Clarita. The place is adorable, with super cute things. Little above my budget that I have put aside for my project. If I was looking for a gift or something, I would definitely return here. I didn't have any contact with an employee so I can't talk about that. The downtown area is just adorable. 1-27-24

Lovely shop with many interesting items on display. Always find some decor or gift item. Recently shopped sidewalk sale, many antiques, also workshops. I offered a Floral design workshop at one time. One of the best shops in Santa Clarita!! Right down the street from Egg Plantation and Propinquity's.

I'm so happy I came across this antique boutique style shop, a true hidden gem! I found it on Yelp & let me say it's a super cute place, perfect for you next home decor or gift to give. They have a range of different items from soaps to decor to jewelry. Also these creepy doll heads super iconic, reminded me of pretty little liars haha! The owner + workers were SO sweet & friendly to me. I also found out they do craft workshops, so I will be back for one !!

Such a wide array of cute, unique gifts at this boutique and the prices are reasonable, IMO. Will definitely come back here again to find gifts for my girlfriends!

Such a fun store! Right up my alley, with all kinds of beautiful decor, crystals, gift items, and other treasures! Very helpful staff, I love it! I'll be back soon!

Wow, I’m impressed! Today is Jan 8th 2023 and my wife and I were at Barn & Charm in early Oct 2022.I mentioned to a very nice young lady that works there named Xaman (pronounced Shamon) that I was looking for antique/vintage clocks. She that they didn’t have any at the moment and said to me, “I can take your number, and if something comes in, I can call you“. Here we are three months later and I get a message on my phone from her that they had just received a clock. She said that she checked it out and it was working perfectly. I was completely blown away that she remembered us and that someone actually did what they said they would do and even sent me a photo of it!She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and has a great attitude as well. I could tell by her voice that she loved her job and was smiling the whole time we were on the phone. Unfortunately, I have purchased about 9 clocks since then and have one almost identical to theirs. But, she was so nice that we are going in today to look at it anyway and possibly purchase something else if something catches our eye! Thanks so much Xaman, the world needs more like you!!! ?

I don't know why it took me so long to visit this place! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased by the sheer variety I could find in one store. I was able to buy gifts for 3 people and get them gift wrapped all in one trip! Highly recommend for small business/local shopping. Also the doll head section made me giggle.

I just recently moved to the area. And me and my girlfriend stumbled upon this cute shop. And it has the cutest things. Jewlery, they do events, it's super cute. If your in need of a lil gift for someone this is your go to place. Or if you want to get yourself a lil something. There is something for everyone . I will be back!
