After my accident the police had towed my car to a Tow yard where it was collecting fees and i didn't know what to do since my car wasnt driveable. I called Santa Clarita Auto Body and Mark took it all in his hands. He guided me on what to do, he got my car fees paid at the impound yard and got my car to their facility. I didnt have to do anything. Even though my car was totalled, they handled the whole auto claim process like true professionals. I got paid for my vehicle and they have gained a lifelong client. If your car is at the impound yard or in an accident give them a call!!”

“For several decades I have been coming to this body shop from minor dings to the recent rebuilding of the front end of my 2002 Lexus LS 430. The front end looks like a new car after repair. The parts were 50% of the repair price, but the total price was very reasonable for all the damage the accident caused, Marty is a pleasure to work with and desires to please his customers. Earlier this year, he repaired a hit and run sideswipe of my wife’s new Genesis G80 3.5 turbo. Of course it came out just like a new car.”

“I can’t rave enough about this place. Car looked brand new after repairs due to a claim. Car was cleaned and polished when returned. They remembered me. Everyone had a smile on their face and the atmosphere was friendly. Only improvement would be to hear more updates as estimated completion date was figured out and then more advanced notice about when they’d be done.”

“This is the only place I really trust. I have taken multiple vehicles here over the years and I always leave satisfied. Recently, my wife's 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear-ended. I brought it in, and Tony quickly helped me out. He did an assessment, and explained to me that he can salvage the bumper and do a perfect paint match. I hate when shops try to upsell you, but Tony was straight up with me, and I respected his candor. Tony explained the process and the paint matching of the whole bumper from the trim to the edges and kept me updated. The paint on my JGC is still new as I detail it often, so I was a bit skeptical they were going to match it perfectly (even the light shine or glitter on the paint) and to my surprise, they did a perfect match. Thank you again Tony and the Caliber Collision team!”

“I had just bought my brand new Honda Accord December of last year and I already had two accidents in it one of which being my fault. I decided to try out this autobody shop because it was so close to my house. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who has cute nails and cute lashes and was just all around sweet! I then met Steven, and he had the biggest brightest smile on his face and also welcomed me. He did the estimate on my car and assured me that they could get it done. I told him I wasn’t ready and that I would come back. I come back in two months later, and they all remembered me! I was so flattered because I know they see so many different people. I then told Steven that I had yet another ding on the back of my car. But I had no idea where it came from! He took a look at it and said not to worry and they will take care of it with a big assuring smile! Steven took my car in on a Monday and told me that he could probably get it done by that Friday! In my head, I was like there’s no way but sure enough the car was ready on Friday! When I went to pick up my car it Looked brand new! They had washed it and it was sparkling! I was so happy My car was back to brand new status! When I dropped off my car, it was a mess and I was a mess, but this Auto Body shop Really got us both together!
