BUYER BEWARE!I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a refrigerator from Appliances Unlimited, and I must say it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The moment I received the refrigerator, I noticed the doors weren't aligned and the right door wasn't square. It was defective, and it was noticeable. Naturally, I reached out to Ricardo, the owner, to report the issue and request a replacement or refund within the 24 hour window. Ricardo's, response was shocking and disappointing. He informed me that since the refrigerator is in good working condition, I would not be allowed to exchange it regardless if I was not happy with it. So I said I wanted to return it and get a refund. He said he would be charging me a 20% Restocking fee! This was a blatant attempt to shift the responsibility on to me, the customer, despite the defect, and the misaligned doors which was clearly a result of poor craftsmanship or manufacturer. It is beyond Comprehension that he would have the audacity to penalize a customer for their own manufacturing faults. Charging the restocking fee in such a situation is not only unfair but also completely unjustified. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing an appliance from him to think twice before making such a decision. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The best and easiest experience from picking out stove and microwave to installation. Ricardo was very helpful with helping me make the right decision for my needs. The stove was installed by Mike & David, they did a excellent job. Both very professional and friendly. Also tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Microwave was installed by John, boy did he make a hard job look easy. Very professional and friendly also. 5 star service start to finish.

Ricardo was super helpful in helping me find the appliances I needed for my kitchen remodel. I had size issues and wanted to upgrade my kichen was super old from the cooktop to the hood which is gorgeous ! And dishwasher and refrigerator and gas oven and washer dryer combo !

I was a customer of Appliances Unlimited for many years under the previous owner. I just had to replace my washer/dryer. Glad to see that the new owner, Ricardo, is maintaining the great level of service. His delivery guys are top notch! As a local businessman myself, I try to buy locally whenever possible.

We needed a refrigerator for our garage to replace the one that was not holding its cold temperature and that we had tried often to fix. We went into Appliances Unlimited and found what we wanted in about 5 minutes. When a new one could not be sent for a few days, we were able to obtain the floor model which had arrived brand new the previous week. Delivery was quick and very smooth. We love our new refrigerator. Ricardo, the owner, is the new owner and we were very pleased with the service he provided. We had been customers of the previous owner for many years.

We love this place! Why go to a big box store when you can get great service and great prices here, while supporting a local business?We were initially sad to see the previous owner, Royce, retire and sell the business as we had dealt with him for years, but Ricardo the new owner is just as great to work with! We highly recommend Appliances Unlimited!

This is the owner him self, doing the delivery! We needed a delivery at 7 in the morning before their opening time and the owner Ricardo said he would do it him self. Very impressed! Will definitely come back!

After looking for a new washer and dryer at Lowes and Home Depot we stopped by Appliances Unlimited on Lyons and met Ricardo who was very knowledgeable and personable with helping us choose new appliances. The prices were comparable to the big box stores. We are glad we stopped by and made the purchase with Ricardo.

we stopped into Appliances unlimited to check it out and what we got was A1 service my wife who is the chef in our house loved the fact that we got every question answered so we asked would match the big stores like Best Buy and sales and he said that he would and my wife sent him a coupon that showed a big discount and they matched it Do not look any further they are small but you can not beat the personal service

This is the best place to buy appliances! Forget about trying to go to Home Depot, Lowes, etc. I went to store looking for a new refrigerator. We met with Ricardo, he listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. He even showed us the same appliance on the competitors website, which were priced higher. We are happy with our new refrigerator and also wound up getting a new washer/dryer. Another perk is that you don't have to deal with a separate installation company, they send out their own team to install and haul away. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware!!! We decided to support a small business , however it's not always a wise decision if you come across an issue. Which we just so happen to come across. The person that they had install our microwave , broke the top part of the appliance while installing it and he didn't deem it necessary to notify us, instead he continued to install anyways. So unbeknownst to us with constant use, opening and closing it fell off. That's when we noticed the cracked cover, I will be providing pictures. We didn't even have the appliance for a year, so we called Appliances Unlimited and they refused to help.
