I’m reluctant to leave 1 star because that would mean I had some satisfaction with your service. Your employee’s customer service the times I have been there is the worst I have ever been treated. Where I. The F—- did you get these people? And why don’t you care enough to train them with customer service skills. You should be embarrassed

This store has very unprofessional service. Customer service Representative Nora she always wears a mask so nobody recognizes her outside of work. If a representative is nervous about the customer they serve seeing her out in the community. That’s a RED FLAG ! It’s clear she knows that she is very rude and not pleasant in her interactions with customers . Definitely can see that she brings her personal problems to work with her with how she practices work integrity .

Amazingly rude worker at the register. I patiently waited in like and politely asked for change for a $20 bill and she responded only with "no" and a blank look on her face. I said..."no?" And she responded...."NO". No explanation...no "I apologize but you must purchase an item." The other customers and I looked at each other shocked by how rude she was. I used to regularly make purchases at this location but never again. Kindness, courtesy and politeness are the least things to expect in a neighborhood business.

Karina the young lady that works here is very rude and unprofessional. I had to call corporate and file a complaint on how she treated me. I don’t wish bad on anyone but I will never go to another 7- Eleven because of her. She wouldn’t even give me a receipt. Then wrote on a piece of paper the amount and wouldn’t initial it. Then says that’s how we do it here. I asked for a manger she said there isn’t one. Horrible location.

Normally I visit the store about 3 to 4 times a week and the people there amazing , the store is relatively clean and it is 7- 11 so you know what you're getting. I'm leaving a review today because I just ordered Uber eats with.five items which included a pizza however they delivered all the products minus a Pizza yet charged me and then changed it without letting me know / without any communication on the Uber eats receipt. Yet my cc is charged full amount. Not cool Love ya, everyone's busy, everyone's super stressed & it is Friday so I understand but still it gets a 1 star review as it's still customer service. Plus the lotsa different phone numbers I call to the site all said they're disconnected between yelp / Uber eats /maps / yellow pages etc etc etc. there is like no public phone listed for the site so I can't even call them and say hey it's Dwayne remember me yeah it's Dwayne ya you forgot my pizza , "no worries I'll get it soon etc ". etc. can't even do that

Great store for selection. Most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER. The coffee bar is almost always empty. Espresso and coffee machines are out of milk or need cleaning at all hours. Was just in and the cashier is sitting behind the counter on his phone while the entire coffee area is nonfunctional.

Ok, I would never normally bother to review a 7-11 but this location is above the rest. I swing by sometimes after church at OLPH. It's always female employees, I believe the franchise is female owned so a bonus but they are also so nice and appreciative of your business. They have a massive coffee/espresso station, grounds the beans fresh for you.

Sandra needs to get sent home or something, WORST ATTITUDE, went in to get gum and told me couldn’t help me because I had cash and she had ZERO CHANGE HOW DOES A LIQOUR STORE LET ALONE A 7/11 not have change. And I get it COVID BE NICE TO WORKERS BUT I WAS AND SHE WAS JUST BEING RUDE TO THE GUY INFRONT OF ME SO WHEN IT CAME TO ME I WAS BEYOND UPSET.

I try to never write negative reviews unless it's absolutely warranted and this is one of those times. From the minute you walk in, the cashier was occupied with what seemed like inventory. She eventually looked up and I kindly asked to buy lotto tickets. She said I would have to wait which I did. Eventually she was able to help me and she practically raised her voice at me for asking for 150 tickets (buying them as Christmas gifts). She claimed she didn't have that many so I just said to give me whatever she had. She seemed pretty mad that I inconvenienced her. When she handed me 103 tickets, she handed it in one big unorganized pile. Went down the street to a liquor store to buy the rest of the tickets and they were so nice and wished me luck. Such a difference. If I had known, I would've just gone to the liquor store in the first place. This 7-eleven has the worse customer service.
