Tina is very nice she is a pleasure to talk to also Jodi and Manisha are great as well. One time last year my I was having a heat stroke and Tina the manager took me in the cooler, I nofelt 100% better. Thank you so much.

Had a blowout on the freeway tonight. Walked to Valero and had to hang there while waiting for an Uber. Susie was so nice and helpful! She even offered to give us a ride home if we couldn’t find one..We fully appreciated her kindness ❤️ And the bathroom was clean.. so that was a bonus ?

Always check your receipt when visiting this gas station. I go to this gas station quite a bit, and within the last year I’ve been overcharged about 10 times. I can see a cashier making a mistake every know and then, but this too much. They are purposely overcharging customers. Today was my last time going there

One of the pumps ended up being broken and not pumping any gas but still charged my card. Swapped hoses and paid again. Owner said he'd cancel the charge and never did. Will never return.

Terrible. Several customers and both employees were not wearing masks.I felt disrespected and disgusted. This behavior is embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. Do not go to this gas station.

Would recommend hiring someone other than tweakers to run your store. Had a fleet card, which I didn't know you did not accept, and when I went inside because the pump wouldn't take it, I had to talk to your incredibly rude employee. I have no problem with you not accepting my card, I would have just moved on to the next gas station but this employee was pointing at me like I was a theif and getting upset with me, when I told her it won't match my ID because its a fleet card, it only has my company name on it . Extremely unprofessional, wont be coming here again.

This is by far the worst gas station I have ever been to or seen, and I have been through every state in the continental US. The station says they open at 5AM, so at 5AM I attempt to pump gas Heard him there is no asian I was forced to leave my card in the palm cancel my card and order a new one for express delivery because this place has terrible quality of pump and terrible quality of staff. The gas station until 5:30 AM now putting me late for work in an attempt to wait for the pump attending to help me retrieve my credit card to no avail. I would highly recommend avoiding this station at any cost.

Extremely unprofessional employee. The woman working last night when I went to grab gas and a bottle of wine was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and all around rude. The woman commented on my weight and told me I was fat multiple times while looking at my ID for the wine. I highly recommend not spending your money here.

Stopped here on the way to reno to get married and the people that worked here were so nice, the bathrooms were clean, loved talking to the employees, they were awesome and will be going there again. Thanks yall are awesome

I had gone to fill up my truck about a month ago since the prices seemed to be reasonable. After driving 10 miles to another store I couldn't start my truck, after spraying starter fluid I was able to get it running so I could take it to the dealership. Upon arrival they had confirmed there was 50% gas in the diesel motor. By now my truck is non useable so rented another car to go back and talk to the owner of Valero. I walked in and confronted them about it and the lady behind the counter had said there was an issue, only for another worker to come in and say there was not. I went in the next day to get information and insurance etc so I could have them refund my repair cost since by now weights and measure was there and confirmed there was gas in the diesel tank. This was a month ago, I am still dealing with the owner and insurance because nobody wants to take ownership of their mistake. I had filed a claim with Valero's corporate office and their representative strongly denied it. They told me it was not their responsibility since they do not own the stations, they are merely a "marketing company" Put it in my shoes if I was the owner and I had an issue like this I'd want to resolve it asap. Then there wouldn't be reviews like this. I will never ever spend another dime at a Valero station. Horrible support.
