I am so happy to find that NTC does CSA boxes. I have known of them for years but didn't realize they sold boxes until last week. I have purchased CSA boxes from another company on multiple occasions and time after time was disappointed. I got this first NTC CSA box yesterday and it was fabulous! It is definitely worth the drive out to pick up the box. See photos--and this was the small box! I didn't even know there was a basket of snap peas under the savoy cabbage. They taste like candy! The pea shoots were an add-on and I am so glad I ordered them. They taste so fresh and made our salad sing! Next week will add on sunflower greens. Thank you NTC for all the hard work....I am more than happy to support local growers when they provide quality produce.
