Our pomski looks really bad. Very uneven shave job. Tufts of hair are everywhere. The mats are gone but she looks horrible. I would never pay for that! I could have done a better job! Not to mention that dogs this breed are NEVER supposed to be shaved this short. Here are some before and after pics for reference

Brought my baby in to shave off his mats. Well when I picked him up he was 1/2 shaven and covered in Nick's all over his body. I came here bc it was highly recommend by someone else who owns a Himalayan cat. They told me they could redo his belly but I'd need to sign a waiver cause if his skin tore he could bleed to death!! So I'll be taking him to the vet here on out. Oh and they quoted me 50 and charged me65. Now I don't care about the 15 infact I would gladly have paid 200$ plus a tip had they done the job right. But my poor baby looks mutilated it's not even and cuts ALL over him.

Very nice, experienced and they get my yorkie Poo done in a few hours. It’s normally 4 hrs at my former groomer. Their space is relaxing for the animals. They only have a few animals in at a time which is cool.

Friendly, fair and skilled groomer. Took my F1 labradoodle there today for the first time and he looks great! I can tell he had a good time too. Will definitely be a regular here. Groomer did exactly what I asked for and she did it very well ?

Kat has been grooming my cat for a few years now. My cat gets very matted and Kat always does a great job. I think Kat is a cat whisperer because she is gifted when it comes to grooming cats.

I was referred to Kats by a local veterinarian. I made an appointment for a Monday. They were closed. Went back on Tuesday and waited after knocking, ringing the doorbell, and calling. I finally saw someone open the front door and i knocked again. A disheveled lady openwd the door about 3 inches and asked me what I needed. I told her i had am appointment yesterday and no one was there. She said she was there, but due to covid19 was not supposed to be open. Same thing today. She said she had no appointment for us. But then asked what i wanted done. At this point, I'm not going to trust her with my cat. Find a different groomer people. Tbis one sucks..

My OLD dog Stormie looks amazing!! And she was taken last minute and only stayed 90 minutes!!! Thank you everyone there My girl feels very happy!! We will definitely be back!❤❤❤❤❤❤

Been 3 times to have dog nails trimmed and closed every time. Even after calling to ask what time they closed, told me 2 pm, was there at 1:15 pm and closed again!!

If I could give less I would. They scalped my Papillon. All the know is to shave a dog. Stay away!

I absolutely love Kat Tails, the owner and staff are the best! I aways have my dogs nails trimmed here. They are reasonably priced. I am always amazed how they are able to trim my pomeranian's nails so quickly and without trauma, as he has major anxiety. I Highly Recommend this groomer but call first to be sure they are available.
