Super helpful staff. Went in for some pto repair tube and got a tip from one of the gentleman that saved me tons of time on the rebuild vs how I used to do it. Great shop.

I purchased SVL-95 skid steer from Walter at Gold Country in 2020, he offered me a good price and was great to work with. Over the years they stood by the warranty, and promptly fixed a few minor issues that came up. Their service mechanics were friendly, knowledgible and glad to answer maintenance related questions during service calls. Will definitely purchase more equipment from them in the future!

Only way to fix this kubota is to level it out. We're talking the people and the place. service is barbaric we're not taking business days we're talking business years. And if you'd like to call this place your better off just sending the pony express you'll get a faster response

Unfortunately the customer service was very bad at this location. I called and asked if they had a specific implement in stock that I could purchase. The woman asked what tractor I was putting it on. I told her where I had previously purchased my tractor and she said "well did you ask their shop if they have the box scraper you want?" Its as if she didn't want me to give her my business and when I mentioned that she said not to be snippy about it.I usually don't find myself to be too picky about customer service things as long as everything stays in the realm of decent and normal but this was so bad I don't want to spend any money at a business like this. Good luck to you if you try.

having issues with compact track loader. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing and what needed to be ordered to resolve problem. repaired at property. courtesy by all on phones when calling in to ask I'm sure they have heard all questions before. cannot express my appreciation to all involved. live my local kubota dealership...

The employees go above and beyond to explain and draw out diagrams of how to do my own tractor repairs. They even rigged up something to help get my tractor working until correct parts came in. But being a small town it seems that some parts arent on hand and have to be ordered and are pricey when a 30 or 40 minute drive to another store would consistently have the parts. A convenient small town have a little of everything "yard work" much needed and loved store.
