I recently had a delightful experience at Carol’s Market, thanks to a Groupon that made it a great value. The quality of the food, especially the smoky bacon and thinly sliced, tender tri-tip, exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their flexibility in crafting a delicious carb-free breakfast bowl for me. While I wish the eggs weren’t precooked, considering the apparent lack of a visible kitchen, it makes sense. Despite this minor drawback, I plan on returning to Carol’s Market for its fantastic offerings and overall positive dining experience. A solid four stars.

Such a cute deli and market with a huge selection of hot food. Options for sandwiches. They also bbq daily with some of the best tritip sandwiches. Staff is always friendly. They also carry a variety of products local to the area bbq sauces olive oils wine.

Had to order a sandwich to be made because I am allergic to tomatoes! Terrible sandwich! Made from the heal of the bread! Dry! I asked not to put tomatoes on my sandwich because I'm allergic!!! She put tomatoes on my sandwich!! Not going back!!

Best smoked Tri tip I've ever had! Great service and amazing family owned business. A store with small list of amenities, but you can get pork ribs, Tri tip, smoked chicken. Carol's market is not only great for sandwiches, groceries, and drinks. It is also great at catering meals for nearly any sized event. We recently attended a family reunion which was catered by Carol's Market. Tracy and crew did an amazing job, and the food was superb! Everyone was extremely satisfied, and no one left hungry. We have used the services of Carol's Market before when my Newcastle family were all ill, I called Carol's Market and inquired about a food delivery to my family's home. They delivered a fine meal to my family in Newcastle. The staff at Carol's Market are very friendly, courteous and respectful of the customer's wishes.

I do like this little local spot. However, I would recommend ordering the fresh made sandwiches versus the things that have been sitting in that heating shelves because they can be dry and nobody will even tell you to get socks. They'll just let you take home a dry sandwich.
