“My wife has a Lexus which had some separation of a lower bumper panel after a trip. Took it in to Auburn Body shop with no appointment and the boss said sure they could fix that. Directed me over to the shop door and had one of the body shop experts bolt it back together. Took all of 5 minutes. And you know they didn't even charge me. I will bring my wifes' car back in the future to have all the dings taken out and painted. This is a very professional shop with very helpful and kind folks working there. My wife is very pleased.”

“About five months ago, I had an accident that caused pretty serious damage to the front end of my car. The dealership highly recommended Collision Pros and warned that - because Collision Pros is so good - it might take a few weeks for work to begin on my car. That did turn out to be the case. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was out of the country. When I got back to the states, my car looked brand new. There was an autopilot error message that wouldn't go away, and one headlight stopped working. When I contacted the dealership, they estimated $2,900 to fix the problems. Ugh. I called Collision Pros. They said they'd be happy to take a look. By 9:15 the next morning, Collision Pros had fixed the problems and didn't charge me anything! While I hope I don't need body work again, I know where I'd go for repairs!”

“We had a weird "accident" where we were hit by a flying ice saucer, damaging the front end of our Audi. We took it in to Cory and Jaime and they did an amazing job! They treated it like it was their own car, leaving no details out. My husband’s truck was majorly keyed by some a**hole and Alcon went above and beyond. His truck looks brand new and the care and attention that went into our service, down to the cleaning of the interior, turned an upsetting experience into a surprisingly easy and happy closure. “Man.. I can't say enough great things about Troy and the way he took care of my 1966. I threw a wheel and messed up my custom paint job (luckily not in the pattern). Being we were working with a custom Champagne color, Troy was able to match the paint and blended it perfectly. He also installed Dakota Digital gauges, and a Color Bar for light effects. “I recently had repairs done on my less than one year old vehicle. I was concerned about selecting a body shop that would do a good job. Well I found one in Caliber Collision. I have to say the front office and the repair shop are exceptional. My service advisor Daniel Corey was outstanding. He guided me through the process, interacted with the insurance company and made himself available to answer all of my questions. As for the workmanship, I have to say I'm very satisfied. “I believe Dan was building cars out of sticks when he was 4 years old.He fixed a rear trunk lock when other shops were afraid to tackle it.we have used his services several times over the years and found him to be reasonably priced. On our latest job, he improvised and saved us a lot of money. We're seniors and Dan treats us like he would his parents!Ron Reid 87 years old.”
“I had an incident where a fire had damaged the whole rear end of my ‘65 Impala. My insurance covered the damages and when I went calling around town, J was the only one that went above and beyond and returned my calls and came out to my house to check out the car that same day. Not only did he offer to paint the whole car for a good price rather than just paint match the needed areas, but he took on a few things I wanted done to it before the burn damage. It turned out a lot better than it was before the damage. Thanks J!”
“I’m extremely happy with the job done on my midsize suv. I had the unthinkable happen in my vehicle due to my four and eight year old children. I spent a grand total of 4 hours pre cleaning my car but didn’t have the means to get to where I wanted it. The gentlemen at Auburn Auto Detail got me back to a pre children’s clean! “Dropped my vehicle off the week before a holiday weekend. One of the parts needed for the repair was over three weeks backordered. Most shops would leave it at that, but Sara, Johnnie, and the Auburn Collision Center team were creative and relentless about tracking down the part locally so I could get my truck back asap. They kept me in the loop the entire time and never gave up. Once the part was in house the turnaround time and quality of work were both excellent.
