“My wife has a Lexus which had some separation of a lower bumper panel after a trip. Took it in to Auburn Body shop with no appointment and the boss said sure they could fix that. Directed me over to the shop door and had one of the body shop experts bolt it back together. Took all of 5 minutes. And you know they didn't even charge me. I will bring my wifes' car back in the future to have all the dings taken out and painted. This is a very professional shop with very helpful and kind folks working there. My wife is very pleased.”

“The hood on my car was fading and I went to 3 auto shops re if the hood could be painted and matched to the rest of the car. Madison looked at the car and told me they could do it. I am SO glad I went with Collision Pros, not only because they were closer to where I live but because everyone was so nice and I felt like they were being very honest with not only their ability in matching the paint but also with the cost. I was brought t to tears when I saw my car-it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!!”

My husband’s truck was majorly keyed by some a**hole and Alcon went above and beyond. “We had a weird "accident" where we were hit by a flying ice saucer, damaging the front end of our Audi. We took it in to Cory and Jaime and they did an amazing job! They treated it like it was their own car, leaving no details out. “Man.. I can't say enough great things about Troy and the way he took care of my 1966. I threw a wheel and messed up my custom paint job (luckily not in the pattern). Being we were working with a custom Champagne color, Troy was able to match the paint and blended it perfectly. He also installed Dakota Digital gauges, and a Color Bar for light effects. “I had an incident where a fire had damaged the whole rear end of my ‘65 Impala. My insurance covered the damages and when I went calling around town, J was the only one that went above and beyond and returned my calls and came out to my house to check out the car that same day. Not only did he offer to paint the whole car for a good price rather than just paint match the needed areas, but he took on a few things I wanted done to it before the burn damage. It turned out a lot better than it was before the damage. Thanks J!”
“Dropped my vehicle off the week before a holiday weekend. One of the parts needed for the repair was over three weeks backordered. Most shops would leave it at that, but Sara, Johnnie, and the Auburn Collision Center team were creative and relentless about tracking down the part locally so I could get my truck back asap. They kept me in the loop the entire time and never gave up. Once the part was in house the turnaround time and quality of work were both excellent. Great effort, great communication, and great customer service experience overall. Can't thank them enough. If you're scanning reviews for recommendations look no further.
