Lack of employees. No time to scan a box for UPS dropoff. Couldn’t wait too long during work lunch hours. The single employee was very nice and tried to be accommodating but too booked with customers. Disappointed nevertheless.

Google maps directed me today on mother's day to the apparently only UPS store open near me. Maps said you arrived and its on your right!Looking for UPS to the right and all around. There was no sign of it! So I went into CVS to see if its inside. Nothing there to indicate UPS and no sign of any store associate.I went next door to the beauty parlor [ which I have zero need for ] and asked all and sundry for where is UPS, They were eager to help using their cell phones, but they drew a blank. So I entered CVS once more determined to haul an employee from the back room or the toilet, after all maps directed me here! This time there was an assistant at check out. He said yes he can handle UPS.I did get my package shipped.I think UPS or CVS should put up a sign in the store at the counter where they conduct this business.
