We used Pini with Team remodeling for our spare bathroom and then re-hired for our master bathroom too. Everything went according to the schedule. It was nice that there wasn’t any downtime waiting for supplies since they were all ordered in advance. No demo until everything was ready.Crew was all very nice and they limited the loud noise activities when our baby was napping. Also used the side entrance so the dogs wouldn’t see them and bark more.We did a contemporary/ modern look. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get that made into reality- even for items they have never done before. I’m also a perfectionist and his team came back many many times for touchups until I was happy. There was some damage during demo to my patio exterior stucco. They fixed with no issue :) Unexpected leak in the spare bathroom during the remodel, the crew was there asap to fix.Pini & I disagreed on numerous items- the giant 60” tv in a small master bathroom. I love my giant new tv in there now. Extreme number of can lights. Dark grey paint. Even if we disagreed, he made what I wanted happen (and liked a lot of my ideas at the end too).Working on another estimate with them now for our laundry room adding a sink and cabinetry.They aren’t the cheapest quote we received for the bathrooms but the most reliable and reputable. Kitchen remodel We just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Team Remodeling and Construction . We chose them because of the great reviews on Next Door . Also, my husband and I had the opportunity to attend Team Remodeling's annual holiday party at the owner (Pini's) showroom in Westlake Village . That sealed the deal ! Everyone we met (past and present clients) raved about their experience working with Pini and his team . Team Remodeling is comprised of Pini and his employees. All work is done only with them , no subcontractors. Pini knows exactly what is going on with each project -- and he only has 2 projects in work at any one time . He is professional , responsive, knowledgeable and easy to talk to . Pini is a man of integrity.. he means what he says and follows through . Pini's team showed a high level of expertise and professionalism. Everyday , our project was left near and tidy ; ready for the next day . Our kitchen remodel was finished in a matter of weeks .. exactly the time frame we were given . When everything was ready to go ( cabinets built , quartz in , flooring in etc) , then get ready for your remodel to take shape quickly ! Pini was on site daily to take pictures of the project in progress (you get a thumb drive at end of project ) , communicate with his team and available to us to touch base . We are sooo happy with our new kitchen . It's beautiful and works so well with our kitchen/lifestyle . We can't wait to call Team Remodeling for our next renovation ! Kelly and Jack Kapich

Would like to give a shoutout to Pini from Team Remodeling. We are having our master bathroom completely redone, and couldn't be happier with him and his crew. He is onsite daily and available 24-7. His workers are very friendly and neat. They clean up every day before they leave and they show up when expected. He has a showroom in Westlake Village, and also goes shopping with you to help buy anything needed before the project starts. We got four estimates before we started the project and are so happy we went with him!

Anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom should look no further the Team remodeling. They are by far the best contractor I've ever dealt with. We just had a complete, custom kitchen installed in record time. I've heard stories about kitchen remodeling that took months. Ours was completed in three weeks. Pini, was with us every step of the project and truly knows his business. He guided us through appliance selection, color and material specification and cabinet arrangement. His TEAM is exceptional.

TEAM REMODEL can be described in one word: INTEGRITY. First time I ever worked with a contractor who quoted me one price and that was the one price I paid. No hidden, additional, whoops charges. They don't begin the job unless they can finish the job, no waiting for parts, etc. to come in. They do not demolish until all components are in their possession so that once the project is begun they work each weekday until completion. Everyone on the team is pleasant and well versed in their craft. Last year they remodeled the guest bathroom, and they are about to begin remodeling our master. bathroom. If I could give this company negative score I would! AVOID them at any cost. We do remodeling work and due to the current market most of our contractors were busy and we only needed help with a small powder room project. So, we decided to go with this company. Pini tells you something upfront, but everything changes the moment you sign a contract. We knew exactly what we wanted to do for this project and even shown him a 3D modem at the beginning. I can't tell you enough how he brings excuses left and right to delay the job. He tells you that the fact that he shows up on the job site and check quality of the work is a favor that he is doing. But guess what?! That's what you are required to do as a licensed contractor! Last call we had with him, he said he is not going to start the project until the next 6 weeks, because the faucet, WHICH HE TOOK US TO THE STORE TO ORDER, was not going to be delivered before then! When my husband and I told him that faucet is the last piece that needs to be installed and if that is the reason he is holding the project we can go with another option that is in stock! Then he started yelling at us. Please please avoid this company! There are lots of other companies in the area that you can work with, which charge much less and are more respectful of the costumer. I don't mind sharing our experience in more detail with anyone who is slightly considering hiring this contractor.
