The crew and service at the Postal Annex are fantastic! Having a local place that packages my items fast, with care, attention and a friendly smile is well worth the vary reasonable price. I've been using their services for the last 7 years, I've come to rely on them, and they've never let me down! Great service, even better people! Small local business that I support!

Horrible sad service. Won't go back. I sent out packages, faxes, and other things from here. Went back because I was happy and enjoyed their service. Wont be back ever and disappointed with there's customer service . I only asked and received two books of stamps. Yet they charged me for three. They wouldn't credit my account or just give me a book. $17.95 is money we all need. They are keeping mine. I worked with the public my whole life and would have never treated a customer as they did. SAD!

Great experience. Came in with a box to ship to Colorado and Jaymee quickly identified that the box was larger than I was shipping and that she could lower the price significantly if we got the right sized container. She brought out an appropriately sized one after doing some quick measurements and cut the shipping price in half. In and out in 10 minutes. Super impressed.

I am a longtime box owner here and know the owners well. In response to the complainers - its services are a convenience rather than going to the PO and it gets busy when they are helping clients. Most shipping costs are set by the companies and they just report out what their computer gives for rates. Your going to pay more for the convenience and packing assistance they provide. But they go out of their way to provide friendly, outstanding, and informed service!

Horrible experience! One employee began helping me with my transaction, which was fingerprinting. She walked off to help others who came in AFTER me. I swiped my card for the $76 and put in my pin. I received immediate confirmation of a completed transaction on my phone via the bank app. The other employee, who later said she was the Manager, also made me wait then came to eventually fingerprint me. She asked me to swipe my card. I had already. She stated that it did not say it went through on her computer. She refused to refresh her screen/system/computer. Basically telling me I was lying. I explained that I had flown across the country for 1 day only to be fingerprinted for work as I am a Registered Nurse who needed an expedited fingerprinting. I said she could check her cameras or restart her system. Computers make errors often and if she restarted it, maybe it would pop up. She refused to acknowledge the bank transaction that very clearly stated Postal Annex, with the exact date and time, and price. She stated that they were now closing and I can come back tomorrow. What's worse is how rude she was, with a blank look on her face, as she continued closing up the store. I asked for a refund and she refused. She said return tomorrow. I was in disbelief by how she was treating this situation.I returned the next day, rescheduled my flight for an additional $300+, to complete the transaction. She still refused to look for the transaction or refund it. Once again the other employee is chewing food, rushing out the door, and this one is the only one to help. I was prepared to pay the $76 again. After waiting, I'm told "the system is down". Yeah, ok. I have no idea what is wrong with this employee! Very rude and hateful!!She costed me $300+ but I was able to refund the $76 from her not providing any services, I immediately was fingerprinted from another local business hassle free, and I was approved for my CA license a few days later! I'm glad that her lack of professionalism, laziness, and hatefulness didn't disrupt what I was trying to accomplish.

I needed a P.O. Box for a few months and went to Postal Annex in Newbury Park. They are the best! I had the box for 6 months and recently canceled it because everyone has finally figured out my new address. But I will go there again anytime I need to mail or ship anything, or to buy greeting cards...theirs are great!Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it's close to home, and they also have a nice selection of gift items and mailing supplies."I'll be back..." ;)

I use the Postal Annex to ship all my product to my buyers and clients. I also always get receipts for the boxes. In June 2022, three packages, valued at $700.00 were lost by Postal Annex or Fed Ex. Ann, the owner of the Postal Annex has been unhelpful at getting this resolved. She has not returned any of my three calls - is pretty much telling me to take a hike.Postal Annex prices are in general insanely high, and the service from the owner of the Company, is abysmal!I'm suing this Postal Annex (and Fed Ex) in Small Claims Court for losing my packages - and I'm hoping the Judge will figure it out. In the meanwhile, I will never use this Postal Annex, under this management again.

It looks like most of these bad reviews are from years ago. I've been coming to this location for over 15 years and the people working in there currently are very sweet and helpful. They always try to help us find the least expensive way to ship packages and even offer to box things up. We use their notary which is very convenient. It's a nice little one-stop-shop that's in our neighborhood. So happy to have them there!

If you ever need your fingerprints taken for LiveScan, do NOT go to this location. I found out from a third party that my fingerprints did not go through. They entered in my social security number incorrectly and I ended up having to go to USP where they actually let me re-verify everything that they have inputted. The carelessness was most likely due to the workers gossiping between each other because I wasn't even acknowledged first when I came in. Additionally, they pointed out that for the date of birth portion of my LiveScan form underneath "Place of Birth", I should have put "California" instead of "United States" even though both options were appropriate in that section. When I brought my same form over to USP, there was no issue whatsoever. Disappointing waste of my time and money.

I needed to redo my live scan fingerprinting, and both girls were very helpful and friendly in the process. I would definitely recommend.
